Hello Chasing Rainbows, sorry for the late reply but I have been meaning to write. I wrote the poem about a gentleman I became friends with this year who left his Christian faith for a clear mind from religion. Personally I viewed the experience from what he told me about his journey. I am curious to how the poem related to you life. There are many situations that this poem could relate too. I discovered writing song lyrics years ago that leaving a bit of space within the words allows others to come along and sit on it seat and take the wheel and drive it through a chapter in their life. I hope you can share with me how this poem fits into your life.
