Re: # 175 Jang
Probably, you didn't notice, but fact of the matter is that we as humans have only succeeded to evolve from animal kingdom because we were able to discipline our behavior while other animals couldn't. 'What would be the result of sexual anarchy' is not a hypothetical question. We only have to see Western societies to understand the consequences of that anarchy. One of the trait of more evolved and successful human beings is that that they learn from others mistakes instead of committing those mistakes themselves.

See. You are generalizing again. About Hindus generalizing everyone else.

urstruly,
"It is an undeniable fact of life that men and women from all Western affluent societies travel to third world "tourist destinations" to have sex with pubescent youth."
.... there are also people who eat human flesh and like to have sex with animals and dead people ...... does this mean that we should legalize cannibalism, beastiality and necrophilia ???
...... stop clutching at straws !

[The prophet was a messenger, that is all. While no doubt many muslims try to make him a de facto god, the fact is that the Quran is very clear on this. ]
The Quran, which your "prophet" "transmitted", clearly says that he ws a prophet?
That's circular logic. Try to get that into your head.

tahmed,
sorry, but i also have a day job !........
to answer your question: "did christianity become evil when the church payed $600 million or so to victims of pedophiles? "
..... the answer is a simple "no" ...... but if jesus christ had buggered little boys and his followers had defended and followed that practice for the last 2000 years, it would be a different story ...... no?..... do you see the difference?

hamidm: hope you save your reasoning for your day job. because there is certainly none apparent in your response when you write: "if jesus christ had buggered little boys and his followers had defended and followed that practice for the last 2000 years".
I dont recall even Pat Robertson, even after he had had his..er...cough medicine, accusing the prophet of what you imply. Nor do I recall muslims having a monopoly on pedophiles - check with Chris Hansen, and (like I said earlier), every third pedophile he caught seems to be an Indian IT expert (including one guy who assured him he was also an MBA), and hardly any muslim among them.

ajeya: no circular logic here. in any case, come talk to me about problems with muslims once you have made sure there are no more brides being burnt in India, and solved a few other of your problems. Charity starts with home. Save your wisdom for your countrymen.

#178 Sri Ram Al Bundy: Why is every third Indian ashamed of his hindu name and tries to pretend he is a gora?

urstruly, your statement is mere an assertion..no support whatsoever (about humans evolving etc)..
i submit that we dont even understand allahs plan in this regard. i am hardly proposing sexual anarchy. i am asking from freedom to follow deen-ul-fitr (as alla designed it). you really dong want meddling of parents, biradaries, inheritances etc while making an important decision.. we must be on our own with only alla (the most benevolent) as our guide. there is no need for anarchy..the shyte can be formalized proper with ijtehad or something.

TAhmed saheb
Could you please quote the source for "ten of thousands" of brides being burned by Hindus?
Really interested to know about that.

#187 Washington Post. NY Times.
Dont be in denial. Be brave and face the fact that India has more trash going on than perhaps any country in the world. Maybe you people are so overwhelmed that you have given up and so spend your time fixing problems of other people. Maybe you live in la la land and think all is really OK in India. Who knows.

subhash: I remember a front page article in the wp perhaps two years ago on dowry burnings in India. Let me check and I shall see what I find...

And BTW do you have any data for the honour killings in Pakistan?
Forget that, what about the population growth (???) of religious minorities in Pakistan?

Ok pakis - what's the final verdict? Is Mohamand just another bedouin whose life and actions are to be forgotten... or a sinless noble prophet worthy of worship and emulation?...
