Re: # 58
Rather than worry about dead Pakis raw should really worry about those countless half dead Indis that slumber on the rail-road tracks of Bombay (because they are all homeless) only to rise daily and then empty their innards in an ugly chorus for the world to see and puke about

Re: # 55
OK fine mr express, the point is that agencies do not just hand over your country men like that. They torture and abuse and at times do not even give USA chance to exercise their decency the poor man is already dead.
Since you have taken a position here your ego is preventing you to acknowledge that this practice is a wrong practice. The point is again missed by you-it is not CJ, Mushi, BB or NS. Its about people and their fundamental rights

And yes stop these abuses and act like a grown up man. I am just asking you to reflect. If you think I am wrong, fine-but let me assure you that poor's blood is not an amusement for me. If it had been, I would have been supporting Musharraf today. I can also come up with these filthy abuses but I wont. Take a chill pill. No hard feelngs we are just interacting on a site which states "unflinching idealism since 1997"
I have nothing more to add- you are prefectly entitled to your views.

But Just pray indians that a Marde momin does not take over the army or the state or before india can enter the 21st century it will be sent back to your beloved Ram Rajya or even earlier to the age of Ramapithecus.

Re: # 56
You must have noticed that I refrained from mentioning BB NS or PM, merely said that even during more benign times in world's history when we supposedly had sham democracy we were in a police state and to top it this went along merrily with rape loot and plunder

India should wholeheartedly back mushy. he's been good for india. in his raaj, the paki army and their jihadi offspring are duking it out with a lot of dead pakis. he's using fighters and helicopter gunships against purelanders.

the paki junta have turned on their army and the jihadis are destined to be in conflict with the paki state for a long time.

heck, RAW couldn't have scripted it better than the current situation.

so...MUSHY..you go, general.

Re: # 54
I am against a police state whether under democratic pretenses or open shamelessness like Musharraf regime. You are missing the point and again and again refering to same NS, BB vs Mushi thing.
Absolute power whether accumulated the way it was under NS or Mushi should be condemned.Certain things in life are independent of nature of government arrangement..
Kidly stick to the questio I am asking and stop coming up with this NS, BB or kanjar Musharraf comparisons

I have more faith in the US than in any of pakistan's agencies, if the wrong man has been handed over to them he will be freed, the americans have more decency than you Mr. Sceptical can ever aspire to. And do you think Bibi or Sharif or your hero Chaudhary can stop this? or will do any better? while raping and abusing the nation along the way?

Re: # 45
I am not condoning dictatorship by any stretch of the imagination, o bright one! Just saying that at this moment most of the so-called champions of sham-democracy available to us are self centered petty criminals...since people;s memory is short just remind yourself that even when we had democracy we had dictatorship...and even under those criminlas Pakistan was a police state, in fact even a worse police state than it is now because now times and perceptions are changed the world over, if you have noticed!

Re: # 52
Mr express you still have not answered the question? Do you think that Pakistan should become a police state and ordinary people should be at the whims of agencies who can abduct and torture them the way they were doing and now with judiciary purged will continue to do so. Bravo!!
You approve that our citizens should be tortured and handed over to US without even acertaining whether they are actually involved in terror activities or not just because a certain count is neccessary to satisfy USA.
Once again you are missing the point here... Incompetence of political leaders does not mean that state torture on citizens is justified. Think and reflect or may be you also need an encounter with an agency to learn the hard way.

Mushy is not my man, he may go Kiani could replace him, but not that Two faced power hungry chief justice who was coordinating his movements and speeches with the mullah's of lal masjid and the opposition which was sending protesters dressed as lawyers that mo fo had to go, if he is so great a politician let him now overthrow the govt through a street struggle rather than hollow out the state from inside with hundreds of suo moto cases against the executive,

Will no one rid me of this troublesome priest

Re: # 49
Do you think that judiciary should be purged because NS or BB are what you think they are....
Leaders are not a question here, emergency was not declared for them, it was declared to purge judiciary and abuse citizens and to prolong your favorite's rule at any cost.

Mr express or whatever post no 47 is for you also...
Just answer the central question!!! Do you think that incompetence of democratic leaders mean that Pakistan should become a police state!
Think and reflect and please do not come up with this gibberish stuff of NS, BB , Bhutto vs virtues of Musharaff.

shame on this man faced witch who cries under the holy quran and thus is not above abusing and prostituting even the most sacred symbol of the poor and downtrodden for her benefit, or this fat bastard who when he had power twice, abused this child repeatedly and asks for its guardianship again

Dont leave this child at the mercy of these rapists and molesters to be abused again and again and again these children of bhutto the rapist the liberal who declared people non muslim and dismembered the country for his own benefit will again and again abuse the poor who lives on less than a dollar a day while they fill their billions.

Re: # 44
Mr Goldfinger the central question is not whether NS, BB or kanjar Musharraf are capable or not. The central question is that whether ordinary Pakistani deserves this treatment where agencies can abduct you at their will and you do not have any recourse to law. Is purging independent minded judiciary a right thing...
May be you wont understand it because you are not here and you perhaps never had an encounter with agencies. May be next time you care to visit Pakistan, instead of coming up with posts from USA or wherever you are sitting comfortably, you have a nasty encounter with an agency only then you will realize what the whole issue is all about.
Incompetence of NS or BB does not justify brutality on citizens and snatching their fundamental rights. Nor their incompetence or corruption justifies that police start beating lawyers on the street and worst their incompetence does not prove that kanjar Musharraf is the right man for the job. A hollow kanjar who is destroying institutions just to prolong his rule!!! And strangely he has expats saying from the comforts of another country that he is the best man for the job!!!!
