There are three main players in Pakistan now: Mushy baba, BB the PM in waiting, and the botox man Nawaz.
Now if something were to happen to one of these three persons in the next few weeks, where would the elections be? Can anyone figure out the turmoil Pakistan would be in after the disaster?
I think in terms of impact 1 BB, 2 Botoxman and 3 Mushraf baba
These ratings are based on my calculations that Pakistan is now open for a major event that would overshadow anything that has happened so far.

Since these whores were also the part of equation what then kept them on for the next 5 years. They should have resigned right after Dec 2004. Urstruly, that's correct. Yes, the 17th amendment was for the reason that mutarraf had agreed to go in Dec 2004 as army chief. He didn't, and how much can one do without guns against the mutarrafs' who have guns?

MMA tried to find a middle way to avoid martial-law back then (and you've seen how it came in when judiciary didn't comply this time), so it is unfair to place the blame on those who supported 17th amendment. It was just to get rid of these mofos any way they could.

Now that there're other people who 'do' have guns, can you please clarify your solutions?

The choices are clear. There must be a civil-society revolutionary movement.

The 'emergency' will be lifted, but SC judges will not be restored - and everyone will take part, because no one will give mutarraf and Chaudhries (and they shouldn't) a walkover.

That's the only way. I think everyone 'should' take part. However, they should listen to HP's brilliant gambit, engage in subterfuge, and bring on a revolution of civil-society.

The only other course is the LMP I'm afraid.
