Forget about Parachinar. They'll do amongst them what they have to do. It is a very complex mix of sectarian and Osama Bin Ladin's men over there fighting for control. Cartoons are for infants and little kids most of the times and adults find those funny too. I liked the cartoons. They explain the stories better. What's your problem if there are cartoons that explain Quranic verses / Hadiths..
