Again ... I explained the difference between getting shit in one's food from traditional fertilizer (cow dung) or from air etc and eating it out of a plate which proud pig-eaters do.

Of-course I can't be sure I don't have shit in the vegetables I eat. That's precisely why I try to eat as little vegetables as possible unless they're homegrown in a vegetable patch (which I don't currently have). I only eat white meat i.e. chicken/fish. They don't eat shit, do they?

Leaving the shit aside, the central aspect is that every book has a temporal content and an eternal content.

This aspect is not recognised by the islamic scholars. The prescriptive aspects of teh book, like not eating pigs, killing of kafirs etc are to be publically dismissed as not relevant for the times.

Then of course I undetsnad that the book itself prohibits selective emphasis or compliance. You guys are in a fix, throw the book it self appears to be the only option.

... it's not that the pig eaters become sick as a rule from the e-coli. It's just that they themselves, as well as their sons and daughters, become morally pigs in a pigsty.

the point is that how can you be so sure that the vegetable you eat today did not have compounds that was not part of shit. It could be that plant chemical in your brain, replaced as part of teh shedding process that you recognise, that makes you un-scientific in your posts.

Listen, the decay and shedding of the human cells is a natural phenomenon of the lifespan of any given species. The waste produced through human bodily consumption for sustenance is quite another. Don't confuse the two.

Zee, here is a scientific concept for you. Nearly 97 percent of teh human body at any time is more than 7 years old. Every cell is repalaced by something from the food and other intakes. The contents of each of those cells was part of something else. Human body, for that matter every thing, is in a state of material flux, it creates a material for due to the life force and vanishes when the force ceases, to become part of something else, the notion of re-births.

Waht you call as shit becomes say part of a plant and is eaten by camel and eventaully could return to humans, even to a true mulsim like you. At most your idea of shit is time dependant, what is shit to day is food tomorrow, and what is food today is shit tomorrow.

Let us have an phenomenological discussion about what you call as shit.

akcheema, I fully support the Turkish effort. In fact, reinterpretation is not as much important as simply expunging the inconsistent and unreliabe so-called Hadees which despite all the efforts of Imam Bukhari still remain, even though he tried his best in grading them according to reliability of the original sources as well as credibility of the persons narrating them down the line.

The only criterion of what Muhammad believed is how he acted, not what he supposedly said. There's no dispute on how he acted. Read Tabari.

Absolutely nothing mate. I was only commenting on allowing some animals over others with no evidence for any scientific reason one way or the other.

There is nothing to suggest the "pig-eaters" catch anything the "non-pig-eaters" don't; quite the opposite as most of the former happen to be developed countries.

Alarming prevelence of E.Coli and Bacteroides, amongst other faecal organisms, in food commonly available in the Indo-Pak sub-continent suggests that the intermediary of pigs is not generally required!!

Zaedari has said that kashmir should be left for the next generation.

Ask YLH, it was jinnah who sadid that kashmir is the jugular vein of pakistan and it should not be left with an enemy country.

Watch out Zardari, jinnah will get up from the grave, put on a bomb vest and blow you apart.
