Pakistan Army masterminded both kind of jihads and their surrogates enlisted students from all over the country. I know guys from Karachi University who went to Afghanistan for training and then went to LOC to wage jihad. These pakistani uncles including hamidm2 deserve to get first-hand experience of this wonderfully explosive power of Faith. They'd been cheer-leading it all a long.

Today's India cannot be built on hatred or anger. It also cannot exclude 20% of its population. Everyone must be empowered, everyone who calls himself or herself Indian.

I have been lectured by hindutvadis. They lack ability to debate, much like Massaddi Mian. Their yard sticks are all wrong. They even try to define who is how much hindu, which only creates further divisions. Yet they cannot see it. Division starts from their heart and corrupts minds. They have been able to roam in India, only because it has not threatened the world as other terror has. They fan people sentiments by showing a long history of ensalvement of India.

There are lot of similarity in their thinking with other fundamentalists. Once this staunch hindutvadi started talking to me. He thought I have given up on hinduism. A very bright and friendly person, suddenly he got so excited, and I thought he would attack me.

At that point in his anger, I politely asked him politely if he were born muslim, what would he be like. Believe it or not his answer was Osama Bin Ladin. You had to see him after that, he was defending OBL. We all had a great laugh, at similarities of hate filled behavior.

Was this the initiative of the Pakistan army (proxy war, along the lines in afghanistan against soviets), or that of the Indian government (changing the constitution to allow non-kashmiris to invest in kashmir)? although ultimately I believe both factors had a hand (and no doubt the "proxy war" started by "our" people has done incredible damage and is now a Frankenstein monster for Pakistan), but I am just curious on how it was initially triggered.
