Ms. Zehra,

Sorry if I am late :(

It's long long ago and I still remember the last guy was in trance/sleeping with only two stools 1 @ head other at feet. He's like a stick even when a man was made to stand on his stomach.

My own experience is that it I became number and bumber however I didnt cooperate fully therefore it ended soon after.

I am convinced that hypnotism works. :))

dear VRV, my article was based on my knowledge of hypnosis and the latest research done on its medical aspects. Its quite interesting to know that you have gone through the stages and experienced it for yourself. It would be nice if you could describe what you felt and went through, a first hand account would be fascinating

Are you related to the good doctor from Toronto? Have you tried another method--older than self-hypnosis--that goes back to Adam and Eve's time?

Re: # 3
83, by 'meditation' did you mean hitting the mat five times a day?

Very Interesting. Meditation also helps relax the mind and concentrate on positive energy rather than negative one.

There're many hypnotherapists in Hyderabad. I myself was part of a live hypno act by Prof. BV Pattabhiram. Though I cudnt go to the final stage of hypnotism :(

Zehra Bibi is better health just feeling good?
" Imagine thinking yourself to better health."
I dont know how you can imagine yourself out of enlarged prostrate to copd?
Most of the REAL diseases are NOT psychosomatic
Its true lot of stress in industrialised material society does lead to nervous break down 'burnt out'If you are specifically have 'health' meaning free from stress then indeed hypnotherapy tranquilisers and even little alcohol relaxes you to forget your worries atleast for some time.
BUT
Better health must include freedom from REAL ailments which cannot be cured by just forgeting about it and going to sleep:)
