..... having said that, i sincerely hope i am wrong and they can work out their differences - if not the 'decider' might have to decide ...... i can already see some problems with the punjabi dominated cabinet - hopefully they will correct it in the next round ....... in the end, it is all about pajeros and plots .....

Hamidm: Do you think that the onset of coalitions falling and rising bodes well for pakistan under the precarious situation of trying to keep US happy, politically, militarily and economically, as well as the locals? Is there a messiah on the horizon outside the feudal and the military class, that can provide stability during these times?

tahmed, Do you think taking ownership over the WOT as the Pakistani war on terror is a good thing for a civilian gov't where it might have to placate fundo-ish sentiments among the population while also going after the jihadis? I would think Musharraf's way might have been better where you place the blame on US, while helping all along (or atleast attempting to).

Why do you think Zardari gave the most important portfolio of all, Finance, in which aspect both parties have basic differences of approach (one is social democrat the other is capitalist) to PML-N? It is because they know PML-N has better Finance professionals who have pulled out of economical messes before and can do it again!

Tahmed, one more thing. How do you think the democractic gov't in pakistan deal with the jihadi menace? I assume, when the PM suggest, "this is our war on terror"...he obviously has some thoughts on how to dal with it. What will be the tactical steps taken to rid pakistan of this scourge?

.... i will agree that ishaq dar is a better choice than the fat chaudhary from gujrat who has defence (as if it matters - the shots will still be called by the men in uniform) ..... call me a skeptic, but i think zardari gave it to pml-n because he wants them to take the blame for an economy that will be impossible to fix (roti just hit 7 ruppes) .... i think they are both setting up for the next election ......

.....it reminds me of my golf game when i blow up on a hole and stop caring and start thinking of the next hole ......... i just hope they do better than me on their next tee shot ....... but just so you won't get mad - i sincerely hope i am wrong ....... i don't want the macacas laughing at us - our good looks will only take us so far in this world .......
