Hello....India does not allow Chinese companies to invest in India. They have tried their TV, Motorcycle etc... and failed miserably. Now a days, through BD, people smuggle China made, non branded handsets...

Ans: Muhammed is prophet to you. Why should I carry that unnecessary baggage? His conduct was like that of criminal, so, I treat him as gangster. My comments are based on facts/events. Muhammed had fought several battles and he had financially benefitted from these battles. He has inherited and earned very little material wealth before marriage. When he had expired, he left huge amount of wealth. Wealths started flowing into his kitty, after he had started engaging in battles. What such a person be called? Prophet!!!!

Critizing a dead/absent person or not allowing a person to defend himself/herself is generally unfair. That does not hold good, when the events and facts are available through other means.

China Mobile chief apprises President, Prime Minister of new investment
ISLAMABAD (April 06 2008): The Chairman and CEO of the world's largest cellular company, China Mobile, Wang Jianzhou on Saturday separately called upon President Musharraf and Prime Minister Gilani and apprised them of the company's ongoing and future planned investments in Pakistan.

Wang Jianzhou and his team are currently visiting Pakistan in connection with the launch of ZONG, the new international brand of China Mobile. The President and the Prime Minister were informed by Wang Jianzhou, that after acquiring Paktel last year for over $460 million, the name of the company was changed to CMPAK Limited and a further $400 million has been invested in the country for network improvement and expansion. Still another $800 million is expected to be invested during the current year.

Following the meetings Wang Jianzhou stated that both the President and the Prime Minister expressed happiness at the entry of China Mobile into Pakistan and assured the government's full co-operation to make the Chinese investment successful. He went on to say, "In spite of the fairly high cellular density in Pakistan, we are very optimistic about the market potential in Pakistan. We believe we have a huge advantage over all the other operators, as our experience is the greatest in dealing with the issues and challenges of emerging markets. The cellular industries of China and Pakistan have many similarities, especially as far as expansion into the rural areas is concerned."-PR

I am not Lady Ana, nor was I ever. That was another interactor who perhaps still lurks around here these days under yet another avatar. I began posting here as ana years ago, and took on ana dobarah when this format changed and I thought I had lost my original avatar. I was also nooralain and these are the only nicks to my knowledge that I have interacted under. So I hope you will not refer to me as Lady Ana again, because I know who Lady Ana is, and believe me, it ain't me.

As for what does the bit you quoted in #477 mean, I think you should be knowing enough inglesi to be understanding that, but I will explain it to you as best I can: I did not know whether you were being serious or flippant, or how close to ridicule you were being when you said that part about God is love, and us staying away deliberately. If I misunderstood the tone of your post, again, I apologize. Consider yourself fortunate/blessed Tahir sahib, I rarely apologize on Chowk, and can't recall the last time I apologized twice in the same post!

As for the deal about RAW agents being rampant here on Chowk, that's a trifle extreme, no? I've come across Pakistanis who have said the worst things about Indians, and Hindus and even fellow Pakistanis like me but I wouldn't consider all of them to be ISI now would I?! Should I?!
