Jang,
(fair-n-lovely treatment and natural implant technology.)
You will have a huge market in India. Not much in Pakistan though. Except maybe Karachi.

i am investing in a gene therapy outfit which will specialize in a fair-n-lovely treatment and natural implant technology. let me know if any of you guys are interested.
india would be a huge market imo...(for both above waist implants and below). we are looking at splicing in jersey-cow genes, khota genes etc for stimulating some clean all-natural and polar-bear genes for fairness. currently we are having some initial difficulties in field trials like some small number of subjects tend to regugitate cud or bray while making out and some shyte like that but we are confident it can be overcome with some modifications.

(They are considered to be the Descendants of the Original Aryans who migrated to South India.)
Only considered to be Aryans, not known for sure as Aryans. So it fails to disqalify the Aryans are fair theory.

Majumdar,
From wikipedia.
"Kapus are considered be the earliest inhabitants of the Deccan region who migrated from the North and cleared Forests for Agriculture and built Towns in the Deccan. They are considered to be the Descendants of the Original Aryans who migrated to South India. "
They are mostly brown complexioned. Doesn't it fail to qualify the Aryan race?

Majumdar,
Dravidians could have been fairer as naturally as what made other tribes fairer. Sridevi, to my knowledge, is not a Brahmin. There are a whole lot of Dravidians of non-Brahmin backgrounds who are lighter in complexion. Infact these days I see the non-Brahmins fairer than the Brahmins in the south, possibly due to the new found affluence.

Vengat,
(Intermingling could be one of the reasons and not the only reason.)
So what are the other reasons.
My reckoning is that the aforementioned people were Brahmins and many North Indian Brahmins may have migrated to South and become absorbed in the priestly class there.

Funny, the other day when she was interviewed by Srinivas Jain of NDTV, this lady traced her ancestry to some Punjabi village and claimed that her parents were North Indians.
She was rejected by the south film industry. I don't care if she is an Aryan, Dravidian or Draryan...

Maju Anna,
I don't know if they can be termed albinos but trying to argue the reason behind white complexioned dravidians as essentially intermingling doesn't sound intelligent.
Intermingling could be one of the reasons and not the only reason.
Sridevi was born to golts...Hemamalini, I think, hails from an Iyengar family.

Vengat Garu,
(Hemamalini and Sridevi are dravidians.)
Some of their ancestors may flirted with Aryans/Turko-Persians/Brits in their own time.
(White tigers, white elephants and white peacocks are usually born to regular looking parents.)
Hema and Sridevi are not albinos to the best of my knowledge.

Majumdar & Nkg,
The problem lies in stereotyping dravidians as dark complexioned etc etc...I accept the Baloch dravidians could have become lighter due to the intermingling, however it is not improbable that Dravidians are not stereotypically black. Fair Dravidians could have been as natural as the Aryans, which could be determined by other factors. So it might not be essentially intermingling.

Vengat...
In my school days, we learnt that early Indus valley civilisation was basically a dravidian civilisation ( Pashupati/Shiva murti etc...). Aryans invaded it and destroyed it. I am not sure, how much it is true....
As per my understanding aryans were nomads. They have settled in India whereever possible.

Vengat...
Yes, there are differences between Punjabis and Tamils...
Curly long, dark, thick hair, large eyes, small height, quite dark skin (of Tamils) compared to tall, light thin hair...(Punjabis)...
But that, way the sub-duvision will go too far. Amongst the tribals, Vill, Santhals, Koles, Mundas are different...
What is Hema Malini, Sridevi etc...? Are they arians or dravidians?

Vengat Garu,
(Dravidians inhabited the Northern India (Harappa & Mohanjadero) too and they still do.)
There is a tribe called Brohis in Baluchistan which still keeps a language which is more akin to the Dravidian languages of Southern India. However they are a good bit fairer maybe becuase of intermingling with fairer skin people of Aryan/Iranian/Afghani/Turkic origin.
