Problem is ecnomical. Economic Vizard Arjun had advicd me here to jump from KSE to Indian stock market. I do not believe in stocks,( believe in sona and chandi) he believes so he must be wiped out.
So much for predictions of Arjun who was berating green T shirt suggestion.

Pakistan to seek compensation for Chenab losses
By Our Staff Reporter
ISLAMABAD, Oct 11: Indus Water Commissioner Jamaat Ali Shah has said that he will press his Indian counterpart to ensure that Pakistan is compensated for last month’s water loss of 0.2million acre feet (MAF) when he visits India for a week from next Saturday.
India had completely blocked the supply of regular water (23,000 cusecs a day) to Pakistan from the Chenab River last month while filling its Baglihar Dam, badly affecting Pakistan’s share of irrigation water. The move is being considered by Pakistan a violation of the Sept 1960 Indus Water Treaty.
Talking to Dawn on Saturday, Mr Jamaat Ali Shah said the treaty was between two nations, and not two persons to be taken too lightly or be violated.
“We must respect this treaty as responsible nations. I tell you there are no guarantors in bilateral agreements between nations, but the nations concerned are its guarantors, Mr Shah replied when asked whether the treaty has any guarantor(s) for the World Bank, which arbitrated the treaty, has cleared its position by calling its status as that of a “mediator.
Mr Shah will be leading a Pakistani delegation to New Delhi on October 18 to discuss last month’s violation of the treaty by India. The delegation will stay in India till Oct 24 and will also visit the Baglihar dam site in held Kashmir.

If India gives Kashmir independence I hope that they invite Talebaan to turn into Afghanistan. I would do that if I were PM.

HAHAHA..typical hamidm type paki..all talk, no walk..
Even the Senate standing committee asked ex-ISI chief General (Retd) Hamid Gul for “advice on the war against terrorism while knowing fully well that he is opposed to the Army’s effort to resist the Taliban. Anti-Americanism and anti-Indianism, recklessly lumped together, are being purveyed from the free media. The latest nugget is politician Sheikh Rashid Ahmad’s boast that he would be proud to have his martyred body brought back from a battlefield inside India. Al Qaeda is winning the media war, first by getting its intimidatory killings publicised in the free media and then by getting politicians and analysts to come on TV and castigate the policy of fighting terrorism.

India blocks Chenab flow again
Sunday, October 12, 2008
By Dilshad Azeem
ISLAMABAD: Despite Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's assurance to President Zardari, New Delhi has again stopped the flow of the Chenab River water to Pakistan to fill the Baglihar Dam on the occasion of its inauguration.
Sources told The News here on Saturday that India had blocked another 9,000 cusecs water, storing it in the Baglihar Dam. They said India had released just 10,739 cusecs at the Marala Head Works without giving any prior notice, which was in violation of the Indus Waters Treaty 1960.
In their meeting on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, the Indian prime minister had assured President Zardari that New Delhi would not violate the treaty, but another violation has surfaced in less than a fortnight.
Since flows are reduced in the Chenab River, Pakistan received 19,351 cusecs on Thursday, which was reduced to just 10,739 cusecs on Saturday.
The Chenab water has been blocked despite the fact that the Indian authorities are going to allow an inspection of the Baglihar project and to also hold a meeting of the permanent Indus Waters Commission from October 18-24.
The three-member team of Pakistani officials will leave Pakistan on October 18 for an inspection and three more officials will join them in New Delhi for talks to take back the stored water in the Rabi season, Pakistani Commissioner Syed Jamaat Ali Shah told this correspondent.
The commissioner said the Pakistani team will talk to the Indian authorities on the violation of the treaty in reference with the Baglihar project. "Certainly, we have complaints for which we will do our best to get compensated," he said.
Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had announced to build four other projects on the pattern of the Baglihar project on the Chenab River and this would certainly be an eye opener for the Pakistani authorities.
At the same time, the sources within the Indus River System Authority (Irsa) confirmed the reduced water flows at the Marala Head Works.

Cobra,
TRhere si trouble in kashmir only because it has muslims and is bordering pakistan. kerala has nearly 30 percent muslims, but is not bordering pakistan and hence no terrorists,
the conclusion, border with pakistan is a source of terror. Ask the afghans, the chinese..the terror central.
