Re: # 60
Mike....
You should know the difference between a soldier and a terrorist/islamist.....
A soldier represents state and the state should share the responsibility of the act of individual soldiers as well....
there is no point comparing activities of this kind of beast to that of soldier....

#64 zang: yup. just me ranting on about Advani and Shivsenaks and so forth... After all, the whole world knows hos Advani is due for a Nobel Peace Prize for his excellent work in kicking off the peace process in India by boldly atacking the windmill..er...i mean..the Babri Masjid. And sharing that peace prize with shivsenaks for culminating that peace process by launching courageous attacks on minority families and murdering thousands of female and future terrorists in Gujerat...

Mike puts up a nonsequitor and you predictably use that to lecture Indians from your pedestal. Your halo is wearing thin.

om prakash #56: being relatively sane compared to other indians on chowk, your post indicates just how far chowk indians (the "educated" indians!!) have to go before it comes close to where the US was in 1770 (per #60 below).

FYI:

On March 5, 1770, British soldiers fired on a mob of colonists in Boston. This incident, known as the Boston Massacre, enraged American colonists. Yet John Adams, future second president of the United States and cousin of Boston Patriot-leader Sam Adams, ended up defending a group of hated British soldiers at their trials.

Moron11 #57: Tell Pepe le Pew how hard you have had to work all these (20 unsolicited posts minimum) before I toss you a mercy post and tell you to go fetch.

PS: and yes, this too counts as a mercy post, since I see you have met your quota of 20 posts.

Here is another piece of 'honesty' from a high-ranking Pakistani:

"Kasab is not a Pakistani: Pak high commissioner to India"
http://www.thenews.com.pk/updates.asp?id=62682

This, in the face of the UK Guardian paper's investigation into the electoral rolls of Faridkot, Pakistan!

First off, Indian legal system is tenuous at best. Justice is always delayed, the rich and the powerful can keep the legal process going with the victims continuing to suffer.

It is obscene to expect that a mass murderer, waging war on ordinary people should be treated as would a (much) lesser criminal. Letting Kasab have the benefit of a legal process that was not set up for extraordinary crimes would be PERVERSION of the legal system.

Have him tried by a military court and deliver summary justice. No taking statements from witnesses (video evidence should be good enough) and no lawyering up. Hang the bastard after squeezing as much information from him as possible and there is nothing left to squeeze any more.

Faith in our legal system would come when ordinary people are given justice in a timely manner, not by showboating a mass murderer for the benefit of earning brownie points from the rest of the world.

Re: # 50 Tahmed32

Where you go awfully wrong in your equivocation is that Shiv Sainiks do not cross the border and kill innocent Pakistanis. They operate within India, not to mention that they do not even come close to LeT in the latter's global murderous agenda. You are plainly and lamely seeking cover by equivocating the two. It would be like you saying that Al Qaeda is just as guilty as the KKK.

This is the hypocracy under which Pakistani elites hide. No wonder your county is fked all over.
