Padash, have you seriously considered collecting and editing your articles? I can see a book. I mean it.

Padash - just wanted to say that I really enjoy reading your work. Do keep writing.
And I agree with NB, perhaps there is a book lurking somewhere in you. Though you might start with short stories even. Far less interesting stories from Pakistani women have been packaged into novels.
All the best.

Sunset and evening star
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea

Thanks so much for your feedback guys! It means a lot to me.
Danijani: You rock!!! =)
nb: That is so sweet of you to think my writing is worthy of a book. Unfortunately I have NO idea about writing or publishing but if it ever happens someday. You will get royalties for the book's sales.
Aaminah: Bug Hugz! My writing is just that writing. I dont justify or deplore any of my actions. They are just that. actions.
Rakeshmani: Thanks so much. and you're CUTE too =)
ext-a-see: Love your name btw. Very nice of you to share the kind words. I have never even thought of myself as writer let alone a good one so your compliments mean a lot to me.
The random guy who emailed me and said "I love Revolters": Thanks cutie. Im totally getting a shirt made that says "I is a revolter".
The guy who emailed and asked meet me for a date: Thats very sweet of you but I dont think I can do that. I want to keep Padash's identity private but who knows maybe we have already sat next to each other on the subway or danced together at a club. Just asked for that pretty girls number next time. If it isnt me, it may be a soulmate. ;)
Keep the feedback and the compliments coming over email or my facebook. padashp@yahoo.com

You sound like a whore. Don't take an offense since what you are doing men do all the time but i guess for a Muslim girl or Pakistani girl, you sound like a very lonely and unhappy whorish girl.
There is another thing that confuses me. If you have no intention of marrying a white man, why do u keep on dating them. And this is why it bothers me. I met lots of paki guys who go around and basically fuck white girls but then end up marrying a paki girl. But you guys break other ppl's hearts and its irresponsible, some of my best girl friends got heart broken that way.
Anyway, wish u happiness.

adityapant: Thanks sweetie. So glad you liked it. Your encouragement means a lot ;)
DinaStrange: You are right. whore, slut, heartbreaker, stud, player. Its all just the same isnt it. If I am a whore, I sure am an overqualified yet underpaid whore. Anyway, my columns are all about honesty so yes I dont live a perfect life. I just share it. By no means do i preface what i write by saying its right or its wrong. as far as im concerned, im just writing about what i do. If Paki guys can do it and they are wrong, im just a Paki girl doing the same thing and maybe im wrong too. but hey...we cant help but break hearts or prevent our own from being broken. Its just the way it works baby. As Andy Warhol once said "love with your eyes closed". I say "God damn I wish I could keep mine open but I cant." One thing we all have in common with each other no matter what race, nationality, gender, income...is a broken heart. Think of it as a rite of passage that makes us stronger. Kisses.

You know, i disagree with you. We can just all can go around and fuck people left and right and then talk about broken hearts. You do not have an intention of a serious relationship, you just want to sleep and move on. So then why are u talking about broken hearts. If the intention is to get laid, then it's fine u just sleep with people but then again don't meantion hearts.
And please don't put Andy Warhol, generally i am tired of ppl using talented people's words to justify their own fuck ups. Also, i am not sure how broken hearts make us stronger. They make us BITTER and more cynical but not stronger. Again, i am not judging you and i didn't call you a whore, i had my share of those nights but looking for love like that is a bit unrealistic, don't u think?

Sometimes i think is life actually so boring nowadays that the only exciting thing we can share is how many night stands we had and how entertaining they were. Isn't it a bit pathetic?

Miss dinastrange you should, stop generalizing people. Love is a different concept for every one. Yes i find lust more intriguing then love. And love more fulfilling then lust. Love for lust or lust for love?
And stop dating pakistani men. Date your own kind for we like to pop kids out with our kind.
And if you date stop expecting that he will get a ring and make you happy.
Excellent work Padash.
Don't listen to moronic mullah diatribe.
Chowk needs more like you.

hey u started ultimatetruth...
so u like to pop out kids with u own kind and yet fuck anybody else...
is this a new sort of racism?
there is another thing, how and why did u assume that i fucked pakistani men? is this u imagination or again we are getting personal here...
i stated in my previous message that i had girlfriends who dated pakistani men who always ended up marrying a girl from pakistan, thus breaking the hearts of my american girlfriends and screwing lives of their paki wives (is this right? if u say yes, u are a bigger idiot than i originally thought)
and again, there are so much assumptions in u message that it blows my mind...
so here u go, u are a moron and an idiot and u suggestion to paki men and women to fuck everybody else but pop up kids only with of their culture is moronic, stupid and racist...
and yes, i am AGAINST this paki girl fucking ppl left and right, breaking their hearts if she does so dishonestly without telling them that she has no serious intentions...
because of fuckers like that this broken heart cycle never stops and ppl become hurt, cynical and mistrustful.
