good article.
but i think that miandad was more a fighter than a natural!
certainly the list is right and zaheer despite of his 100 100s is rightly not included as he never played an innings to save the day!

Good list. But Hanif should be replaced by
Asif Iqbal.

Good article Waqas. I agree with the list of top 5
of all-time for Pakistan. But I think that how
you order the top two depends on how much weight
you give to the ``selfless`` and ``going beyond the
call of duty for Pakistan`` characteristics versus
top -tier cricket performance. I believe that when
it comes to playing selflessly, beyond the call of duty
for Pakistan, there is Miandad and then a few light years
behind there is the rest of the crowd. Certainly
in world rankings Imran would be ahead of Miandad but if you
don`t want to ``direct-map`` world ranking to National ranking but
instead put in the clause of selflessness and playing for Paksitan -
the top ``truly Pakistani`` cricketer is Javed Miandad.
Morons may exclude him from a list of Pakistanis most suited to represent
Pakistan at the Golden Jubilee which features BTW Imran and
Jahangir Khan and worse yet murderers and embezzellers.
BUt when it comes to Pakistan cricket, let the man enjoy
the ranking he deserves: #1.
