The selectors have made a right choice for captaincy and the coach of the team. But however I feel that they have not picked up the right players for the team. Rashid Latif would`ve been a better choice than Moin because at this time we do not need an extra batsman, instead we need a good wicketkepper, and Rashid can bat well too.
And Mohammad Wasim would`ve also been the right choice instead of some other players, and leaving Wasim Akram out of the team is also a big mistake.
Muhammad Hussain could`ve also been the right choice for an allrounder.

hi Abdul,
Sadly have to agree with you on Waqar not being bowled in the initial overs (if at all played).
But Aquib? I think PCB as crippled his career permanently. With M. Akram, Shahid Nazir and even Azhar Mahmood (not to mention Waqar), its tough to justify his selection.
And not that Wasim was a great captain, but it would be good to see him back - I still haven`t forgiven Aamir his Bangalore and post bangalore antics.
Still the Ach. heel is batting. Inzamam has to revert to 1992 form (and to under 199 lbs). Ijaz has to depart. Right now both are dead weights rather than sheet anchors, with one destined to remain a dead weight and the other hopefully not destined to remain overweight. Its pathetic that the only great batsman we have in our side is Saeed (Aamir, Azhar and M.Wasim are good but not all time greats - yet). Comparatively India and Australia both have very deep batting lineups.
Speaking of Sheet anchors and all-time greats, I heard Miandad is still playing local cricket....
Can anyone say ``President kay bharpoor israar par...``
