There are too many things here that I wish to bring up, but time is late and the baby is threatening to cry again...it is my watch hour.

I have enjoyed reading this. Wish I had come online earlier when it was a new article. Nevertheless, one thing I want to ask you:

Are Lary and Curly taking from the perspective of investors, speculators or traders? For the answer to issues like Risk vs. Return will depend on one`s perspective and time horizon.

Moe thinking? Moe thinks not

Moe feels

Moe feels the hurts & sensibilities

Moe has feelings san thoughts

After all

if Moe had thoughts

wouldn`t he be

Larry or Curly?

Moe feels the need

for

Larry, Curly & Moe

in this once beautiful world.

What do you mean how many unIslamic countries will adopt the system.

I don`t think you realize that mose ``unIslamic counties`` are more Islamic that you can imagine. For Islam does not prohibit capitalism, in fact it encourages it. An Islamic environment would be one that not only encourage capitalism but also charity. Check out the lastest figures Canadian`s give out more charity per capita then Saudi Arabia.

It is not necessary for Muslims to run the country for the country to become Islamic, it is the moral and ethics that distinguish Islamic from UnIslamic.

Excellent! Excellent! The most troubling dilemma of the future would be the problem of capitalism vs. nothing else. The pro`s and con`s of the free market system are very well presented and I just loved the format of the article. The question, truely, is whether there`s an alternative to the present system? I believe there is. Baqir-ul Sadar of Iraq analyzed and compared the world economic systems and argued that the Islamic welfare state economic system was the best system. I have yet to read his work but I wonder exactly how the non-Islamic countries would agree to implement such a system. I believe the most challenging of all subjects in the next millenium would be to find a more just economic system.

Moe is trying to decide whether he should have chicken for dinner ... or just make do with grass.
