I am not sure what exactly you are looking for.
But here is the info I have.
www-usa.cricket.org (aka Cricinfo) covers all these matches live. You get live scorecards, ball-by-ball commentary and match reports. THey sometimes provide LIVE audio and Video stills. These are great. Especially the Audio. It is the same you get on TV back home. THe matches start at 4:00 AM GMT (11:00 PM EST)
THey were supposed to braodcast these through Kelly Braodcasting. I am not sure how that deal has worked out. Kelly Braodcasting normally shows all the ONE day games. They normally advertise on Cricinfo, but this time I don`t see their ads.
I would imagine that they are not braodcasting them live, since these are 5 days TESTS played at odd hrs. I am not sure how many viewers they would get. But if you know anybody with a satellite dish (and they get TV ASIA, ZeeTV) it may be worth checking with them.

Pakistan is a great team but India has
Sachin Tendulkar. The India/Pakistan Superbowl
of Cricket result will (I hope) be in favor of
Pakistan.

Does anyone know if these matches can be accessed in the U.S.?

It will be very difficult for Pakistan to win this series. Even in the side game the brittleness of the batting was quite evident. As always, whenever Pakistan is concerned, no prediction is possible. They are the better team but they have also got amazing ability to self destruct. The first 2 days of the first test will tell the tale that will follow - methinks.
