Great effort to enlighten much needed people of Pakistan.

I wish I can be a help in those fields, only thing I can be helpful is to donates some money.

Once again, a great effort and wish you all the good luck.

Moez Momin,

Excellent idea, and best of luck. Don`t have much experience in the various topics you mentioned. However, if you are interested in topics related to e-business, I would be more than willing to help. Let me know via a reply to my reply.

Looks like people are commenting on article but not volunteering specific help. I will write to Dr. Sahib and see what I cans specifically do.

Great effort again Dr. Hoodbhoy.

As a former student of Quaid-e-Azam university, I have been reading your post with great pride. I wholehartedly support your efforts to spread scientific education as much as possible. In addition to sciences I think pakistanis need more of liberal arts education and much much less of religious education. I know you will disagree with me but in my opinion religous education has contributed nothing in terms of moral, ethical, social and most importantly economical spheres. Feeding the stories of Mohammed Bin Qasim, Ghaznvi, Ghouri, Abdali and Moghuls has led us to the creation of Taliban. So please keep up the good work of spreading the fruitful education of sciences and liberal arts. I also wish that you and other highly respected educators have the courage to speak out against fruitless and biased teaching of religion/islamic history at high school and college levels.

Dear Dr. Hoodbhoy,

This is an invaluable service that the volunteers at SEG are trying to accomplish. I hope we will be able to start such educational movements at all levels in the community. Mr. Safi Qureshey of Skyline Ventures is also attempting to use TV media to broadcast an educational program in Pakistan. My best wishes are with you.

Regards,

Bilal
