Your poem strikes a chord. It very deftly describes what might have been... Methinks the metaphor extends to the State of Pakistan aswell

I have to admit, its a good one. Captures pretty much the way people feel in this day and age. It draws a sketch of the despair and disappointment being felt among humans as a whole.
