Dear scout (#11)
I am sorry if you were offended by my contribution. I was however, merely referring to the exact physical attributes she describes herself as having whilst looking in the mirror...read it again and see (8th paragraph). Of course I would not usually use such language addressing a stranger on Chowk, but I felt that it was not out of tone with the piece.
I was also trying to make the point that what Ayesha sees as perhaps her physical imperfections (breasts bottom tummy)as compared to the skinny skeleton Kate Moss, are in fact things which are sexually alluring in a womans body not only to me, but to most men I know.....I guess my point was Ayesha, you are a real woman with a real womans body....take pride in it because I for one consider it more appealing than the waif.....
Hope that clears up the misunderstanding
regards
Harpreet

Forget Kate Moss & never turn down a zinger.
Welcome to CHOWK but no razor blades please.
We already have enough Pakistanis committing
national suicide here.

anamika #52,
:(. Why drag me into the ``sac`` controversy?
Ask slink.
As far as I know:
``sac (sk)
n.
A pouch or pouchlike structure in a plant or an animal, sometimes filled with fluid.``
But seriously, I think ``sac`` stands for his initials: eg: salman ahmad chaudhry, sohail ashraf chugtai, steven aaron connely, who knows....I`m just guessing.

taimurmalik:
male desi `friends` have said to me, when i think its time to get married and settled down, i`ll go talk to my mother. she`ll find me a beautiful rani and i`ll get married.
how much of a thinking process, difficult decision making and weighing of options goes into that?
its a freakin` acquisition, not a marraige...
i heard a song from i dont know which indian movie..goes something like this:
aik garam chai ki pyali hou
koiee us ko bananay wali hou
chahey gori hou ya kali hou
seena say laganay wali hou...
it gets worse where the hero of our song sings about his woman waiting for him at home, dinner on the table, decked out and ready for some of his superior lovin`
scary, isn`t it?

Dear Ayesha Akram:
Loved it.
``He was too busy concentrating on the rosy – tanned parts of her, on the curve of her waist, on the sweep of her hips, on the thrust of her pelvis``
hmmm...well isn`t that claiming to know a little bit tooo much about the male psyche..
I mean for all you know..your fictional fiancee` might just have been faking the whole thing trying to make you jealous..
I am sure Ms.Kate was there in his mind long before you entered his world and that he must have weighed his options vvverrry vveeerrry carefully before getting engaged:)
keep writing.
regards,
Taimur.

How come no one said anything about Harpreet`s stupid little #5 while my #11 (in response to #5), elicited the ``had kardi`` from Pullu and a ``boy oh boy`` from Satyavadi?

Devi #43:
My apologies. Wasn’t trying to avoid or ignore you. A previous interact # or even a simple ‘t’ would have sufficed. These days my PPP (Premonitory Psychic Pager) is mostly quiet. May be the batteries:)
Come to think of it, must make a mental note to have the hard drive between the ears re-formatted. Too many clusters of memories, here and there. Affects the mental performance. Animal instinct are thankfully unaffected. So .......... like I was saying ........oh yes ..... your post #12: .... your article?....your contribution?......what I usually do?......kindly elaborate.
(Oh! By what I usually do you mean THAT ---- please be rest assured ---- save for certain jay thackeray I don’t have a mean bone in my body --- we all have to have exceptions so the rules fit in --- have explained before I do THAT in a very subjective and positive way --- always encouraging the creative to be more creative though not at the expense of negligence and disrespect at the altar of Devi of Words.)
Tell us you are not Ayesha ?!
love,
t
PS: Shandy #45: I empathise with your primordial concerns. Hope sac sacks it.

you`re absolutely right, i apologise. i`ve also been wondering what it is about interacts with you that makes me babble about cyclones and armpits, and i`ve come to the conclusion that it`s your choice of nick. `sac`..it just provokes a very primodial reaction in me. i shall do my best to fight it, i`ll beat it into a corner with my feather duster.
as for the clarification regarding your first post, well, all right then. just as long as you dont make any generalizations..`cause you know i never make those :)

Sorry for barging in. But since you included MEN, I choose to respond...only to agree with you in toto. Male species too is very conscious of its` looks. The difference is that they most of the times avoid discussing the topic. Men generaly talk about what they are good at. So if they are handsome, (like my friend, who stands still anywhere he sees his reflection)then they are very sensitive to their appearance. Rest prefer to put a brave indifferent face.
Trauma of rejection...i read this somewhere..
``A woman never forgets a man who loved her and a man never forgets a woman who has rejected him.``
you say:
`` Haan bhai, pakaa pakaya khaney ki aadat jo hai. Can’t you guys do ANYTHING without our help? ;)``
Ji bilkul sahi farmaya aapney. Kam se Kam Main tho kuchh nahin kar Sakta aur karna bhi naheen chahta.Dupattey ki chhaon mein i prefer to cuddle like a pup purring and licking her cheeks. :) Oh NO!! I am dreaming again....
dullabhatti #re 27
I always knew that women are interesting.
I understand that God first made Man then when he was confident enough, he went on to make a Woman.
