This could be the product of a disturbed mind.

``And so to have them in a place where I can do with them what I wish, how I wish, when I wish, without them being able to even utter a moan.``
Cutting up a human body is the saddest thing.
Most of these people don`t have families who care enough to do a proper burial. And the rest donate themselves to science. I think they deserve a lot of respect. I thanked the poor old man who`s body I desicrated with a scalpel and my hands after we finished out anatomy class.
Yeah, I know you`re experimenting with your creative abilities, but I personally didn`t like this piece.

Moidalam #29 you write ``There is no use to expect anything from this meeting. ``
What do we lose by encouraging PM to try and bring peace with Vajpayee? If he fails, we are no worse off than we have been for the past 50 years. If he succeeds, then it is much easier to cut down the military budget. On the other hand by trying to sabotage the discussions, as BB and NS people clearly are trying to do, we are losing yet another chance to bring peace. I hope you will see the logic of what I am saying here.

``don`t understand why you would refer to Pakistan as a hapless country? Could you quit being a loser!``
Fasanay mein jiska zikr tak na tha
Wohi baat unhein nagawar guzri hai( F_K, temporal, Zahra please feel free to correct!!).
Pakistan is not a hapless country. It is merely an illusion(no pun intended). And yes I am a loser. Deal with it. Anything else?

Found your narrative enjoyable. How about writing a longer article on the same subject?

If tongue-in-cheek, it is not funny.
If serious, it is too disturbing.

How much absurd may it seems compared to your article but my thought is to congratulate you at this point in Time where u after being the One who has felt it and has devised the most Suitable methodology, should i say, to reciprocate what man r doing since ages with women...??!!
i would like to say to chowkstaff that we have had enough of this stereotypical so-called-feministic sophistry here lately.
stuff that provokes the thought process should also be a part of chowk publications....not?

I began feasting on what I thought what would be a good article and it turned quite disgusting by the end of my patience. Given the kind of emotions you have been able to extract do I thank you or rue you?

I AM GLAD THAT I AM A WOMAN-by annonymous (perhaps it is conventional wisdom)
I`m glad I`m a woman, yes I am, yes I am
I don`t live off of Budweiser, beer nuts and Spam
I don`t brag to my buddies about my erections
I won`t drive to Hell before I ask for directions
I don`t get wasted at parties and act like a clown
and I know how to put the damned toilet seat down!
I won`t grab your hooters, I won`t pinch your butt
my belt buckle`s not hidden beneath my beer gut
and I don`t go around ``readjusting`` my crotch
or yell like Tarzan when my head-board gets a notch
I don`t belch in public, I don`t scratch my behind
I`m a woman you see -- I`m just not that kind!
I`m glad I`m a woman, I`m so glad I could sing
I don`t have body hair like shag carpeting
It doesn`t grow from my ears or cover my back
When I lean over you can`t see 3 inches of crack
And what`s on my head doesn`t leave with my comb
I`ll never buy a toupee to cover my dome
Or have a few hairs pulled from over the side
I`m a woman, you know -- I`ve got far too much pride!
And I honestly think its a privilege for me
to have these two boobs and squat when I pee
I don`t live to play golf and shoot basketball
I don`t swagger and spit like a Neanderthal
I won`t tell you my wife just does not understand
stick my hand in my pocket to hide that gold band
or tell you a story to make you sigh and weep
then screw you, roll over and fall sound asleep!
Yes, I`m glad I`m a woman, a woman you see
you can forget all about that old penis envy
I don`t long for male bonding, I don`t cruise for chicks
join the Hair Club For Men, or think with my dick
I`m a woman by chance and I`m thankful it`s true
I`m so glad I`m a woman and not a man like you!

Just a little to give back to our patriarchal, hypocritical society.
Ahhh...revenge is shooooo shwweeeet.

Brilliant!
A recommendation, though:
when slicing, try not to use a brand new blade. A blunt edge provides much more pleasure since it actually rips and shreds skin instead of just gliding through. It`s messier as well.

this is not a product of a disturbed mind, this is experimentation. please stop confusing the writers personality with her work.
this piece was indeed disturbing for it`s implications..living in a society that preys on women can make you twisted, frayed, suicidal, all kinds of things. i also thought of certain female doctors i know, who dress up when they go on their rounds. dont know why they do, but they do.
interesting stuff ayesha, do keep writing.
