WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Dear Friends:
Please consider my post. There is already too much unnecessary and unwarranted tension between the Indians and Pakistanis. A simple tit for tat strategy does not help in reducing the sources of (pre)existing misunderstandings. They simply reproduce and reinforce adversarial relations.
Please remember that your posts are not actually addressed to the person only that you intendedly want to address. They affect others too.
If we really want to outperform each other, then we need to compete with each other in all walks of life in a positive way. This strategy will not only make each of you a better human being but it will bring a positive social change in our part of the world serving all kinds of human beings.
Please consider.
Sincerely, Bilal Ahmad

Pankaj, you should know better than to try exchanging repartees with the brilliant ylh, descendant of Muhammad from Persia (or wherever that fellow met Aeisha). Over time, we have all learned a great deal from his balanced, unbiased, and blindingly insightful posts.

I`d rather match a kundlee than follow a cousin (or 3) to bed like Moooslims in Pakistan

I think the role of a `mediator` needs to be understood. IMO a mediator is one who facilitates a discussion between two or more parties to reach an understanding and eventually an agreement. A mediator is not a judge whose word/opinion is law, to be adhered to by the parties in question under all circumstances. However, a mediator may have an opinion on the attitude and sincerity of any of the parties with regard to the resolution of the issue in question. It is at the mediator`s discretion to make these opinions public which may have an impact on others perceptions of the parties involved. All one can do is try and make their efforts known.
India in this situation refuses to even try.
Regarding the tests I agree with you, though not entirely. I think Pakistan should have waited a bit more, maybe given a deadline by which time the adverse world reaction to India and the benefits to Pakistan (security guarantees as well as economic benefits) should have become known. It should then have decided whether to conduct the tests or not.
On a side note, I think the majority consensus in Pakistan (wisely or not) was that Pakistan should conduct its tests immediately. Indians for all their democracy were not even aware that their government intended to conduct tests. Would the Indian populace have agreed to Nuclear tests had they known about them ?
Also, if the hot talk which immediately followed the Indian tests was calculated, why did the Indians conduct the tests in the first place ? What did they gain ? Pakistan`s near economic collapse ?
And you wonder why we don`t trust your government...
Peace to you the Indian people :)

No surprise my friend....can`t expect much from people whose ability to think it distorted by their religion. ``I shall do as the book sayeth``
The insecurities ride so high that some of them live to find the next person they can convert. It`s all about ``believer`` and ``non-believers`` or kafirs.
It`s even more ludicrous when these descendants of forced converts spew their medieval religious sermons.

rsaxena #136, ``Didn`t you promise not to talk to me a couple of weeks ago for a few months? Please don`t get my hopes up like that and then crush them, Ms. Maulana.``
How could I let you go this long without your medicine Mr. Racist Oreo? I think you need a good dose now and then. I`m sure you`ll feeling better already.

Dear ylh
Pardon me if I do not match you post by post since I am inundated with some important research work. Alas! I am not so brilliant as you are(perhaps). And my time management skills are also poor in your comparison. So I may not be able to do justice with my research and debate with you at the same time. See you later.
Sincerely

Dont forget that these jihadis were opposed to Pakistan and its creation and in alliance with Gandhi before partition ref: Gandhi-Ahrar nexus.
Yes Pakistan has faults but it is definitely not how you would like it to appear. Try visiting Pakistan. What angers me is the blatant disrespect you Indians have shown me.
But let us leave that aside... will you be willing to discuss the Babri Masjid or the churches that were burnt in India?
As for Ahmadis, even with such persecution Ahmadis continue to have the highest literacy rate and per capita income in Pakistan. Some of my relatives are Ahmadis and they are extremely patriotic towards Pakistan. I have already given more than necessary information about the Gurdwaras and Hindu temples in Pakistan.
My Hindu friend Prem went to Pakistan and he didnot find anything particularly fundamentalist or fanatic about Pakistan.
The ideal is ofcourse Jinnah`s 11th August 1947 speech.

The cow slaughter quote is from the year 1918...
Mr Gandhi did say it so no point in trying to say he didnt. If you had read, nowhere have I said that Gandhi was wrong in saying so.
It is extremely sad that people like Viking and Rsaxena have started a campaign of personal vandetta again. Any objective reader who goes to this site can see that I havent said anything to elicit such responses from sane individuals. That leaves a big question mark !

The fact that Indians have lowered themselves to personal attacks and abuses, instead of indulging in civil intellectual discussion just shows that I have won the intellectual debate...
Indians have excelled in the field of hate mongering..

Your constant reference about your Indian friends who cheated from you shows us the following things:-
1. The character of the company you keep.(Incidentally they say that the character of one`s company is reflective of his own character to a large measure.)
2. Secondly you are forming opinion about Indians based on a few losers. That itself tells something about your prudence and inferential powers.
3. BTW I am also the TA of an undergraduate course. There are 2 Indians and 3 Pakistanis in class. Somehow Indians are always at the top of class and Pakistanis somewhere in middle or bottom. But I do not draw any conclusions about Paksitanis mental aptitude from this data.
4. Wait till you meet an intelligent Indian and till then, learn some humility.
P.S Just for info sake, six of us including me from Chemical engg IIT Kanpur landed up in USA last year for MS/PhD in the ``top schools``. And all of us without any exception are in the top 3 of our class. And we were the most coveted ones in the class and got the best advisors.
Sincerely

Please give me some authentic source like some collection of speeches by Gandhiji or any of his letters. I have also read ``My experiments with Truth`` by Gandhiji but I do not remember any such comment by him( I might have overlooked or forgotten). Any tom, dick and harry can denigrate Gandhiji, that doesnt mean anything. You deliberately try to slander Gandhiji, sometimes on Jallianwala bagh issue, at other time on his ``unconstituional methods``. Whose constitution was it btw. You mean to say the black lady should have left her seat for the white person in 1956 in USA obeying the unjust, discriminatory US constitution. Then there would have been no Martin Luther King and no blacks movement for equal rights. Non violent Civil disobedience was and is the most potent weapon against injustice in democratic societies.

Dear Arun:
You may agree with me that there are a lot of ignorant and sick mind in South Asia, regardless of their peculiar identities. If your quote of what Ali Mian said in Arabia is correct, then Ali Mian is an sick and ignorant person. Such people do not realize the consequence of their rhetoric.
Sincerely, Bilal Ahmad
P.S. Feroz, sorry for this digression. I had to say something.
