Let`s see..what is happening here on Chowk@Five..Asma is resurrected...Quinton Zondervan???...Yasser writes but doesn`t write about the Arundhati Roy visit...Rehan is trashed, yet again...the drought in India is incredibly much more serious and deadly than the drought the article is experiencing in terms of responses...since nobody cares what went wrong with Devdas, or the article about it, a poster has decided to make it his pick-up joint, and we`ve used it to list a few of our favorite things...a story of deliverance becomes Good-riddance...and clever Yasser wishes us a Happy 56th in advance..the Blasphemy board still goes strong with its `blasphemers`;), and most other articles that move to the second and third pages remain dormant...why is that by the way?!?! It`s not as if they`re not relevant anymore (if they ever were).

aaj hi dekhiye issi site par Chowk@five: where anything goes, except for 12+head...can we modify the Henny Youngman `Take my wife please` to `Take hydra and farangi kush..please!`

Okay, now back to our regular programming...

P.S. Dear Chowk editors, I propose you take Yasser`s cue, and write Chowk@seven in 2003..and go with that link thing...theek hai? You won`t be jinxed..pukka!

no, my birthday was exactly six months prior to August 14th...in my wishing Zafar a happy b`day, I was joking about the fact that it was my half birthday. Half birthdays vaise are celebrated by some people, and then there are the unbirthdays in Alice in Wonderland...but let`s not go there!!!! :) P.S...thank you for the half-birthday wishes! :-)
