Kaneez,
This is strangely interesting...I def. do like the relationship between the Dr. and the narrator.

Are you working on a book for this character?

Hope to read more!

Psychohead

Have you noticed you are being ignored?

Kaneez,
absolutely great writing job.
I hope that we will continue to read your material here on CHOWK
more often.

Have you been able to succeed in your old quest?

Your continuing to write will help many people including yourself.

What business does she have asking, “What have you been doing?” Is that relevant to the diagnosis or treatment?

“Something I regret.” What’s that pang of guilt for? Did you commit murder? Violence? Theft? Or are you just trying to look ‘socially correct’ by acting remorseful?

“Does he know?” Shouldn’t the question really be, “does he need to know?”

(She knew I was in a steady relationship, and I knew she was asking ‘does he know he’s carrying something?’) Okay, we understand.

“Umm… I’ve been in contact with another person.”

That shut her up, didn’t it? But she rammed harder out of scorn for your audacity. She’s an envious bitch. We know the kind. The frustrated cold cows who only know duty, not pleasure. Life is supposed to be a trial of joyless servitude, and at times, fearful existence. And damn you, or anyone else, who even so much as contemplates having a good time.

Ahh.. a story about a trip to the gyno! Very original piece, and humor while combatting a serious issue like STD`s..

Re: Shah [``... Jan 1999 article is still there...``]

Thanks Shah, it is there but impacted deep in Chowk.com`s sigmoid colon. If you were to just click on the blue text at the end of this article, the one that reads, ``Other articles by Kaneez Rehman`` you will not see it. So someone who wants to see if she has written anything else will simply not even know about the ``Never-ending Story`` which she posted in January 1999. Most of today`s Chowk readership is relatively recent. Maybe KR will request the phantomous chowkstaff to rectify this.
