U.S. Vetoes Condemnation of Israel for U.N. Deaths
By JULIA PRESTON

http://www.nytimes.com/2002/12/21/international/middleeast/21SYRI.html?pagewanted=print&position=top

UNITED NATIONS, Dec. 20 — The United States, ``with regret,`` cast its veto tonight against a Syrian-proposed Security Council resolution that condemned Israel for the recent killings of several United Nations employees and the destruction of a United Nations food warehouse.

The vote on the proposal deeply divided the 15-member Council; 12 nations voted in favor and 2, Bulgaria and Cameroon, abstained.

Israel Tightens Control in Gaza, Girl Killed
By REUTERS

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli troops killed a Palestinian girl in southern Gaza on Saturday as the Jewish state`s army enforced new blockades in the coastal strip.

Palestinian witnesses and security sources said Israeli troops opened fire as the 11-year-old girl walked home from school on a road near a heavily-guarded Jewish settlement. The girl was hit in the back of her leg and died in hospital.

You just do not get it. When did you see me support the VHP. They are a bunch of lunatics as far as I am concerned.

On the other hand your jehadi buddies kill people every day. Now they are killing girls for the choice of their clothes. But you are more worried about the VHP giving money to Dara Singh`s mother.

Dara singh is already in jail. Compare this to Pakistan. People come all the way to India to kill innocents. They have the full support of the establishment and the sympathy of jehadis like you.

I couls care less about what goes on in pakistan. Problem is you guys spread terror in India and the US.

Only jehadis can call the murder of innocent women a ``political fight``. This coming from a muslim who has access to the internet and probably lives in the west.

[Good point. I call it the `barq girtee hai to be-chaare musulmaanoN par` syndrome. The phrase comes from a famous poem by Allama Iqbal and means `why does lightning only strike muslims?`]

One doesn`t have to go all the way to poets for that little piece of wisdom.

The `Sh!t Happens` T-shirt has the Jews saying, ``Why does sh!t always happen to us?``

Dara Singh`s mother honoured

NEW DELHI, DEC. 20. In an apparent endorsement of Dara Singh, prime accused in the killing of the Australian missionary, Graham Staines, and his two children, the VHP president, Vishnu Hari Dalmia, honoured his mother and gave her Rs. 25,000 at a function here on Wednesday.

Raj Rani, mother of Singh, who is behind bars after surrendering to police, his brother Arvind Kumar and Mukesh Jain, president of the Dharmarakshak Shri Dara Sena, were honoured at a function organised to celebrate the birthday of the former MP and VHP leader, B.L. Sharma `Prem`. -- PTI

+++++++++++

For those who are not in the loop ``Dara Singh `` id the Great VHP hero who burnt a chirstian missonary and his two small children in their Vehicle. He ``Suspected `` that they were involved in conversions.

Now we have the VHP lead by Tagodia the great Orator from Gujrat and the BJP behind the VHP and the majority of Indias Hidnus behind BJP in the central govt

It is better if hari, ssdhillon et al spend some time in condemming people who back the likes of Dara Singh. If they are sincere in what they condemm in muslims, then they should not condemm this too.

But how if muslims say that you didnt bother to notice this almost daily happenings in India?? Is pointing out the muslims criminals your pass time?
Zara apne gareban me bhi Zhankeye

And yes the hindus in India have perfected the art of condemming anything while voting for the parties who indulge in this actions.
Nice you come out looking good while doing what you want.

Time for some action on the ground instead of empty talk.

Look at this guy`s pathetic excuses for murderers and bare-faced lies that is so typical of muslim elites these days. Who cares what just ``cause`` these terrorists espouse!!!

Because of people like you - muslim world has very less chance of getting out of the morass they find themselves in.

Hope this stinging indictment from a fellow muslim intellectual have some effect on muslim elite everywhere.

http://www.dawn.com/weekly/mazdak/mazdak.htm

When will we ever learn?

Excerpts:
1. ``....Another reason why Muslims have double standards when it comes to human rights and common decency is that we are an intolerant people and rarely brook dissenting voices or differing opinions. Indeed, the public expression of other beliefs is strictly prohibited. Pakistanis feel there is nothing wrong in proselytizing abroad, but will not allow foreigners the same religious freedom here.... ``

2.``....Muslim institutions and groups will freely use (and abuse) all the freedoms allowed to them in the West, but hate and despise the liberal civilization that has produced these very liberties. Listen to a Muslim intellectual, mulla or politician and you will hear a litany of complaints and criticism against western sins of omission and commission, past and present. Ask him where he wants to send his children to university, and if he is honest, he will reel off the names of the top American universities. ....``

3. ``...Unless this attitude changes, the Muslim world will continue to stagnate. ``

More examples of pious muslims going around enforcing Allahs ``teachings``.

Militants kill 3 girls in Rajouri for NOT wearing burkha.

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/cms.dll/xml/comp/articleshow?artid=31847075

``Posters signed by a little known group, Lashkar-e-Jabbar, an off-shoot of the Lashker-e-Taiba, had been appearing in educational institutions in Rajouri district for the past one week asking Muslim women and girls to wear burqas and strictly follow the ``purdah`` system.``

I will condemn it when I will see someone justifying that murder. I will also condemn it when I will see someone blaming the victims for their death. Besides the statement ``Muslims killed 200 people, ......`` is a loaded statement, which is not factual either. It is a great line for propaganda though.
++++++++++++++

Actually your statement is propoganda. Fanatics went on a rampage in Nigeria just because some unknown journalist made a stupid remark. That resulted in the death of 200 peple. Instead of being disgusted you are trying to prove that the whole story is a lie. I know your propoganda.....Islamists did not kill the 200 people. They died in the rioting etc etc.

//...Enough is Enough! ...//

Of course. Now that your feet was held to the fire - you cry ``enough is enough``. Until then - it was all Hindu, Jewish, American conspiracy. Pious muslims were being maligned by Hindu/Jewish propaganda.

Thanks Sadna - for showing mullahs the mirror.

# 13 addenda to Urstruly.

It will be condemned when:

The Hindus ( in Indian Government or by their party-organs) start the same murder & mayhem against fellow-Hindus so as to be qualified as equal opportunity haters.

When Hindus (--ditto--) demolish some ancient temples in the South and not just demolish mosques & mausoleums to be considered as equal opportunity haters.
When Hindus (---ditto--) start over-running tanks & desecrating amarnath , somnath, kailaash so to even the score against the sikh gurdwaraas, to qualify as equal opportunity haters.

When the Muslims (in Pakistan Government or by their party organs) start demolishing temples & gurdwaras to qualify as equal opportunity haters.

India still is officialy purported to be secular---meaning equal opportunity lover or fcker of religion. Why is this not practiced in Hinddostaan.

Pakistan is officialy purported to be Islamic----meaning Not an equal opportunity lover or fcker of religion. Why is that not practiced in Pakistan.

Enough is Enough!

It is about time that Hindus demand a separate homeland for themselves within India. They may ask for limited autonomy, for the time being. Hindus are best as docile , law-abiding, employees, eveyone appreciates their dedication & service---why try to change that?

Turkey-carving time again! Thanksgiving revisited.

great article! i enjoyed it immensely and always look forward to reading your commentary on muslim issues and current events. you are not afraid to criticize muslims and call out when we do dumb things (which happens, unfortunately, way too often), and for this you are respected.

re: hari, #7

hari,

i dont think you really understand the article.

sadna:

``Muslims killed 200 people, why would anyone on chowk be interested ?You should have said Jews, Americans or Hindus killed 200 people, then you would have a lot of responses.``

...exactly...you won`t find the urstrulys and galib zamans waxing eloquent/shedding crocodile tears on the deaths of christains at the hands of muslims...
