Zeejah,

How can it be otherwise, when, as the Quran reassures us, God is closer to us than the vein in our necks.

Khush rahein,

Aamir

Zeejah,

Currently, I`m reading ``Conversations with God - Book 2`` - Neale Donald Walsch. A coincidence?

And thankyou for making me believe in the power of collective consciousness.

Cheers.
H.

............ this is scary stuff ....... hearing voices and all that ...... this is the kind of thing that made some people run out and try to slaughter their sons ....... others heard the voice and started building a big boat in anticipation of the great flood ........and some people heard voices thunder from the heavens accompanied by the spontaneous combustion of bushes and took it upon themselves to lead people out into the desert ..........others heard the voice and took off on heavenly journeys or got swallowed by a big fish ...........but this art of communication with the big spirit in the sky kept president rafiq tarar employed as chief rain maker ..........

............. and now he is sending e-mail to some of us !........ scary .... brrr!

``It seemed as though God was reprimanding me saying, ``I AM``````

so ``it seemed``? -- I know it always `SEEMS` -- ``Dry mouthed``? -- have u been crying too? -- insomnia? -- how is the apetite? -- palpitation?

btw -- what was the gender of the e-mail sender -- any idea ?

dear zeejah seriously -- ur experiment is scientific -- ur conclusions -- well -- let`s say a -- a -- little skewed? --

once upon a time there was a scientit who wanted to know how spiders hear --

he placed a spider on a lighted table under the magnifying glass -- then tapped the table two times --

the spider moved --

now the scientist wanted to know if the spider heard the tap thru its legs -- perched firmly on the table --

to get that incontrovertible proof -- the scientist cut off the spider`s two legs -- then tapped the table twice --

the spider moved --

then he cut two more legs -- and tapped twice --

and the spider moved --

then the scientist removed the spider`s remaining two legs -- and he tapped the table twice --

lo and behold -- the spider DID NOT move!

Conclusion -- spiders DO hear through their legs -- and hear thru every pair of legs to boot --

Eureka -- Eureka ...

Doubt is very understandable... but if u stop and listen, who knows wot u will hear?...;)
u cant see with your ears...u cant hear with your eyes... and u need to experience certain things with more than your mind... i guess thats wot your soul is for?...:)

When god even hints at the ``I am``, all mortals listen.

Sniff, this is so moving...
And you know what Zeejah, I was feeling extremely low today, things couldn`t have gone worse from what they already were, and just when i log onto Chowk, I see this and reading through it reconfirmed my belief that the Almighty does indeed love us. It is only that in this hectic lives of ours, we ignore the subtle signs from him and his love for us...
Who cares what crap the world may throw at us, when we knwo that His love is forever shielding us from the worst.
Many thanks again, for being a waseela and brightening my dark day
