This is one time I want to remember a great Indian that died recently.

Nani Palkhivala is no more, but both India and Pakistan could

benefit a great deal from additional people like him.

Mr. Palkhivala, may you rest in peace (Ameen).

Romeet,

Ram Jetmalani is a senile constitutional lawyer trying to be in the lime light in the fading years of his life. He is a total stupid who has no idea about the social structure of pakistan of today, he lives in the yesterworld when Indira Gandhi was the PM, is totally unaware of the rise of the children of TNT in pakistan.
The fool of Ram jaetmalani has to account for why tens of thousands of pakistanis have voluntarily gone to afghanistan to get killed. he has to learn why several thousands are in prison in afghanistan. He should learn why pakistanis were in kenya. he has to read the news item and learn tha a pakistani went all the way to kill a few americans.

Then and then only the jetmalani will know why pakistanis are coming to kashmir. Afghan - pak border is porus, thousands of pak jihadists reached heaven through there. Next porus border is in kasshmir and again thousands are pouring in. Pak army prevents the construction of any fence on this border.

There is no kashmir issue, there is a jihadic issue, and it can only be contained, there is no solution. Attack on iraq, may be saudi and disarmamant of islamic countries are part of containing the jihad. Kahmir killing can only be understood in the context of jihad, in the context of 9/11, kenya and bali bombings.

An article written by a politically naive and inexperienced person.

In Pakistan, the entire army and mullah complex is making its living off Kashmir for the last 20 years. They are going to listen to this or that proposal? The army generals estates and companies are worth billions. They will give this up for some half-assed compromise? Their boss Musharraf will go down in history as the person who organized a covert invasion of India which almost lead to nuclear war. He is waiting to listen to Ram Jethmalani??

In India, during the last 10 years we have an increasingly belligerent and narrow-minded nationalism that identifies all Pakistan (and often all muslims) as the enemy. Bal Thackery and LK Advani will settle for a compromise??

Ram Jethmalani is a fatuous egoist. He is ``dining out`` on his silly appointment. He is not in it for money but for access to the powerful. Like all washed up politicians he dreads losing access above all.

Untill Pakistan ends its terror war, and the people of India and Pakistan rise up and formulate a compromise, this murderous tamasha will continue...
