........ the colonel`s stud farm in kentucky ............

.................. us annual exports are about one trillion dollars out of which pakistan imports around 500 million (with money loaned by the us government) .......... canada imports around 160 billion (with a B) and china imports about 25 billion .......... so 500,000,000/1,000,000,000,000 is what ? ......... my micro math is failing me - that would be .0005 which is about .05 % .......... wow ! ..... we can really hurt the us by not eating the colonels original chicken!............ and if all the bedouins and other arab wannabes joined in us it still wouldn`t amount to a hill of dal ........ the netherlands can make up for it by importing more budweiser ............

.......... and how much is 500 million? ........ it is less half a percent of GE`s or GM`s annual revenue .......... for god`s sake, there are furniture makers in the carolinas who make more than that ............a good stud in kentucky can make that much by mounting a mare a couple of times !

............ wake up and smell the rooh afza! ........ the problem with pakistan is that it has too many geniuses ..............

What a laborious, futile and mindless exercise of elaboraing a baseless idea to cope with US invasions of Iraq! What is so special about Iraq? Why did not similar invasions of Panama and Grenada excite these Pakistanis?

Boycotting food joints is onething, boycotting US products is altogether different matter. Stop US companies of doing business on Pakistan and pharmacies/ drug stores/ hospital would be empty of almost all medicines. The western companies in Pakistan produce all the medicine Pakistan needs with extremely low profit margins, as low as 5 percent. Average US drug manufacturer makes 3-5 million dollars profit in Pakistan in exchange for providing medicines to a nation of 140 million people in addition to generous pay and bonises to thousands of Pakistani employees. Because of low profit margins, replacing 50 year old tchnology with expensive machinery is not possible for homecare as well as drug manufactures. Many of the medicine Pakistanis pay less than 100 rupees had initial investment in research and product development of several hundred million dollars.

Somehow Muslims as well as anti-everything-non-Islamic Pakistanis are ready to sacrifice 100 times or more than any loss to US corporations, just because they are angry for US action in Iraq. Go ahead, amputate your limb in exchange for pinching US on arm.

The exact opposite of it should be more appealing to any sane individual but sanity does require taking off the mask from mind, eyes and hateful hearts.

`` Why Pakistan is not announing to launch Nuclear Bomb on USA forces?``
Maulana Shah Ahmed Nurani (adressing anti war Million March rally in Karachi.)

{If at all a vacuum is created as a result of an effective boycott of American based companies, I am sure that Pakistan has enough talent and capital to fill this void in a cheaper manner. As far the exports are concerned, no doubt American market pays our exporters more than the European Union and rest of the world, which simply means a “loss” in the profit. So be it. All in the national interest, wouldn’t you agree! }

Nadeem ,did you even read the above lines before sending it to Chowk?

{If we recall, as recent as 1996, while our forces were fighting for their lives in Kargil, Pakistani nation was busy watching the Cricket World Cup}

first, it was 1999, nd that shows how much interest an ordinary pakistani have in Pakistan Army`s misadventures, its only paksitan army who still believe that its stupidity in Afghanistan and Kargil has more value then a cricket match.
