If my heart mournfully cries,
My soul desperately wants,
The mind often tries,
But remains in haunts
Let it be ...
My soul desperately wants,
The mind often tries,
But remains in haunts
Let it be ...

Sirosh:
welcome!…moving haunting words…
rgds,
t
personal
ps: as a person in the field do you ever wonder why the sensory ‘arteries’ to pain and grief do not ‘harden’?…A sent met the straight for the heart you wrote…one of the most moving pieces I have read…and I recall I sent her a poem in reply…ask her, she may have saved it…
…think it was Abe Lincoln who wrote, ‘sorrows come to all, but to the young it comes with bitterest agony: we the elders have ever learnt to expect them’
…wish I could say something meaningful that would lessen your grief…show you hope…but all that I can think of seems trite and cliché ridden…things we have heard a thousand times before…things we nod and breeze past…
…please convey my love to A and tell her that yes am guilty of procrastination and that will redeem myself shortly.

Accepting what IS and not dreaming and longing for something that is NOT is the best way out. Being bold and strong is the key virtue, without which you would be constantly suppressed and constrained.
Nice poem Dr. Sirosh.

.......... i think the beatles said it much better :
When I find myself in times of trouble
Mother Mary comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom , let it be.
And in my hour of darkness
She is standing right in front of me
Speaking words of wisdom , let it be.
Let it be, let it be
Let it be, let it be
When I find myself in times of trouble
Mother Mary comes to me
Speaking words of wisdom , let it be.
And in my hour of darkness
She is standing right in front of me
Speaking words of wisdom , let it be.
Let it be, let it be
Let it be, let it be
