He ignored the reasoning I provided him earlier about how the slogan of ``self determination for Kashmiris`` is a bogus point. Instead, he simply repeats the usual slogans about rape of kashmiri women and what not.

His in fact is something that the mythical ``Abdul`` (the pakistani ignoramus) whom you yourself have created to serve as an object of your ridicule. I guess it must feel great to have your creation come to life on the pages of chowk.

The only reason I can think of why you should applaud a post that is reflects precisely the ignorant mindset that you ridicule is the joy of seeing your mythical ``Abdul`` come to life in the form of young (we hope) Mr Hassan Shah. Your post is indeed a puzzlement (as the good king of siam said).

That comment about the shirt with the Pakistani flag was truly funny...

To be able to handle your worldview a person should also have your intelligence. A nation full of hamidms will be good for both India and Pakistan. About young HassanShah I am not sure :)

You strongly believe in what you say. And that is the problem. For anyone to learn anything new one has to unlearn what he has learnt since childhood. This unlearning is going to be the hardest part. It always is. So I wish you the best of luck.

Great lines again! You can count on me to be on your side as long as these guys roam in the cyberspace spewing out venom against other people whom they have never met. I am disgusted at the indifference to the damning consequences that they may result if they continue supporting war mongers and talk about never ending revenge due to some atrocities done by some person who lived in the past. Can`t they see that the nuclear threat is a real one- and one crazed General or PM can press the button thinking that his coutrymen would support his nuking the enemy?
Don`t the chowkists give out the false message to the elites of the two country that the two brothers are destined to be up in arms for ever? Can`t we see that the elites enjoy this farting contest? and then they claim that they are indispensible to their country`s nationhood?
Guys I repeat what I said again-

I would also like guys like Mantolives to pitch in and spend more efforts in analyses of the current actors in our sub-continent than waste time in replying to the guys who fart around the chowk.

There is so much room for improvement WITHIN each of these countries - a venal elite (as you point out), as well as in other dimensions - economic, cultural, social - and the political issues are mere red herrings that detract attnetion from the real issues facing ordinary people.

You are right in your point to AlephNull about not seeing India and Pakistan as some kind of monolithic entities. We are all individuals, responsible for our actions and our words.
