Balneum: (Latin) meaning ``Bath``

Temporal, What happened to your responses on what we were discussing in the other article.

I would also like to know what you think of this effort. After ``Doubt Reason`` was not very well received at chowk, I did not know if I should continue or not but I guess its a moot point now.

They posted it under the wrong name by the way. Afrasiyab was another guy/gal. I never wrote ``Regret`` that is attributed to the Author by this name. I think the source of confusion is evident though.

…interact or hit count is never a criteria for any work…how can you forget this?…

…the latin should be put in postscript…mention this in your response to the automatically generated mail you got…the editors will fix it…

…Of time unto winners should be re-though…otherwise I enjoyed this….

(this was posted on the other board)

…apologise for this delay…your response got buried in the deluge t/here;)

yes…the key in my response was “all roads to ka’aba pass through ghq”

…even more briefly…there are no credible institutions left…not one…slate has to be wiped clean before any rebuilding begins…seems like a rehash of what was discussed between us years back…public pressure is suspect at best …(can you name one issue that has been resolved under mass pressure to the benefit of the masses over the past 56 years?)…role models or ‘personalities’ aside…powers is concentrated in few hands to the detriment of the majority…and short of violence cannot be retrieved back…

rgds,

t

There were lines I loved...I usually do not burden the poet with interpreting thoughts for me...I love to deconstruct it (and maybe maul it too!) in my own way...but there were things I did not understand even at the literal level. One you have explained. What does ``frigorific reciprocity`` convey? This is a serious question and anyone can answer it.

I also feel that anglo-saxon terminology should be left pretty much to itself unless absolutely necessary, therefore ``raison d`etre`` did not strike me as sitting well, especially as it followed such a wonderfully charged sentiment as ``All I can picture, of all I can gloat
Are the Lipstick scars on the glass in me``. I thought that said it all.

Afrasiyab,

Sorry for taking up your space.

To those interested: Please go to the `publish and discuss articles on social and cultural issues` board for further details on Hudood Laws.

Thank you.

A painfully presented, expressive piece of writing.

Makes one want to reach for a Cabernet.
