Bongdongs #157 I went through the two links you provided (and I`ll ignore your snide manner of presenting them). On the second item (the attack on the parliament) those individuals were linked to the lashkar groups, and that is certainly plausible. Unless I missed something, you did not provide anything on the third item you listed.

I will grant you on these three incidents, and also add my own (which I was reminded of when reading one of the links), namely the safe haven provided in Pakistan to the convicts from indian jail exchanged for the airline hijackings. All these incidents stem from the misguided policy of proxy war of the Pakistan government, and speaking as a Pakistani I certainly condemn that entire policy (as I already said below). As I also said below, one day I hope we have a white paper on the entire issue on Pakistan, so the truth of the dirty war waged in the name of Pakistan comes out.

All I can say is that these terrorists do not have the support of the vast majority of Pakistanis - as proof, you will see that the entire operation at Wana has been conducted, with fierce fighting resulting in 34 of our men sacrificing their lives in order to rid the country of this evil that this misguided policy allowed to flourish in our midst. And despite all that, while some threats have been made by the religious parties, there have been no mass demonstrations calling for a halt to these operations. The rest of the country has been more interested in playing host to the visiting indian team and fans, and they are the ones who demonstrate the true nature of the Pakistani people. We do have a serious problem with islamic extremism, but the vast majority of Pakistanis are a decent, warm hearted and hard working people (as I have always said on chowk, and as the indians visiting Pakistan have seen first hand).

{{Home ministers statement in Parliament on 93 blasts}}

This has no credibility. We all know that the BJP has been ruling India for 15 years or so (I can provide authoritative evidence from the web if you like). We also know, courtesy Professor TAhmed, that the BJP government is intent on maligning Pakistan. They would have had every reason to fabricate evidence to falsely implicate Pakistan.

The Pakistani establishment: the Army, the ISI – lead at that time by that paragon of devout religiosity Lt. General Javed Nasir – could have had no possible motive for setting off the multiple bomb blasts that killed 300 or so Indian citizens. The BJP government on the other hand had every incentive to do so.

You need to come up with more authoritative evidence if you want your claims to be tenable. Back to the drawing board …

Sadna:

Madam, I apologize for taking you seriously and wasting my time in exchanging posts in good faith. My fault for I thought that an Indian lady might be a little more liberal like Pakistani women on Chowk.

I now fully understand where you are coming from. Tauheed understood you well before me. I admire his far-sightedness.

Btw, from now on you will do perfectly alright by exchanging views with fellow extremist Indoos, anti-Pakistanis and anti-Muslims. Like Tauheed said no Pakistani, including me, will be able to fall so low so as to post anti-Hindu messages just to keep us two involved.

And I hope you will not change your identity to get a Pakistani interact with you when you get frustrated.

:-)

I appreciate your patient explanations.

So those who died fighting jihad in Afghanistan/Kashmir even one day after Musharraf changed Pakistani government policy didnot get any houris and are languishing in hell now? Amazing!

Musharraf seems to be more powerful than even any old US President like George Bush, because Musharraf has the power to decide who goes to heaven and who goes to hell.

Do you and other Pakistanis really believe this?

jang #148 and bongdongs #152 This is better - bongdongs actually posted what the indian minister said were the findings, and the minister certainly has specific flight numbers when these individuals were received in Islamabad. In that case I will grant you that if this statement is correct then there is certainly a prima facie case of the pakistan government being involved in the bombings. And if it was, it is certainly something to be condemned. And something that as Pakistanis we should have no hesitation in condemning.

How about the other two instances bong dongs quoted?

sadna: I am afraid madam that what I pointed out was your ridiculing other people`s religion. Please do not now try to hide behind a cloak of ``holier than thou`` saying it was really the pakistani state you had a problem with. You wont find any pakistani on chowk falling to your level and ridiculing hinduism. The three exceptions that prove the rule are ali1 (who stopped ridiculing hindu customs several months ago), (urstruly who now only ridicules hindus inbetween catching his breath after ridiculing fellow pakis), and hamidm (who is an equal opportunity ridiculer for both muslim and hindu customs and is funny as well). So, madam, while I wish you well in your desire to perch on a high moral pedestal, I humbly suggest you walk the talk as well.

Right now, as explained above, your behavior in ridiculing other people`s religion is well below that of virtually every single Pakistani on chowk. So, I suggest you start practicing what you preach and you will then be welcome to perch on the abovementioned high moral pedestal.

``About chowk being a paki message board, AFAIK, it`s hosted in the good old US of A....so what`s an osama loving paki like you doing on an American message board? Shouldn`t you be sheltering the taliban or declaring jihad on something? ``

It has always been my belief that you are born with a slight disadvantage - you have no brains. Hence the best course of action from you would be continuation of copy and paste links.

Evidence that you have IQ level in the negative:

1. The site is hosted in the USA. Therefore, we respect Americans. From 735 or so of my posts on Chowk, identify the trend that I have been using a derogatory tone for Americans on a constant basis. More than that, I challenge you to identify a post that if produced, would be taken as an insult to their homeland or to themselves by Americans.

2. From 735 of my posts here on Chowk, I challenge you to identify a single post where I have supported OBL, Mulla Omar, and Talibans. I challenge you to do that. NOW.

tahmed

I think the indian govt did give law a shot for what its worth. there is a pending case against the accused bhai(no, not the ISI), there is an interpol notice. Pakistani govt has used typical silly stuff like ``he does not live here``.. then the FBI puts bhais name and his paki passport on there web-site (at the request of maligning hindoos doing the anti-musla conspiracy with the yahuds offcourse). Now, bhai is only accused.. would you rather have the entire prosecutions case in triplicate submitted to you?

I suggest that you learn the typical modus operandi of paki govt which has earned it a bad name. They do something obviously silly, then deny it, get caught, eventually the public sees the light, and the shame then mounts. It will be better if the public (that is you) call the bluff in the first place. This above modus operandi has been used several times in past... ask arjunM for references.

``You could also try ridiculing the islamic religion, which is the other route taken in their posts below by the dynamic duo, sadna and arjun. ``

Yep. When the Pakistani state and Pakistani government promise young men houris in exchange for killing Afghans and Indians, that is OK. When Indians choose to speak out about it, that is maligning Islam, according to you.

Who the heck do you Pakistanis think you are, embodiments of the world of Islam and the Holy Prophet combined? Before assuming this role, make sure the rest of the world thinks so too. I for one donot.

Sadna at # 145:

``So Pakistani government has changed its houri-policy after 9/11. And in S. Waziristan, for example, who gets the houris, the dead soldiers or the dead tribals or the dead Uzbekis?``

Ab aap kuch chalaaki per uttar ayi hain ;-)

Pakistani Government never had to change its houri policy. No matter what the fundoo Indoos think about it, President Musharraf decided against the houri policy of Jihadis before 9/11. He is on record for doing that. However, he changed the course of action for getting the hoors - through economic and social development of the society.

Its martyred soldiers who got the hooris. Reason: They have the backing of state and the people. Its state who gives a call for Jihad or calls it off. Individuals, neither having a backing of the state nor of public, are always classified in Islam as anarchists.

bongdongs #142 and satyamvada I have asked a simple question (where is the proof? why did india not go to the World Court if it had proof for these serious charges that would be considered acts of war?) and you have failed to answer that.

Rather than being honest about it and admitting that you are simply parroting claims that have even the Indian government has not persued seriously and certainly no one in the international community takes seriously given not just the lack of proof, bongdongs gets sarcastic and satyamvada gets ``holier than thou`` (yes, satyamvada, the indian government is indeed not as saintly as you claim - ask those who were burnt alive in Gujerat while Modi`s police looked the other way about it when you see them next time). On 9/11, ther is no shortage of proof on who did it, the US government is clear on it and the international community accepts it.

They certainly train you people well in responding with insults in when you cant back up your stupid claims that you are unable to substantiate when challenged.

Anyway, no point wasting more time. Have fun worshipping your perfect BJP government that can do no wrong.
