Banning a book in the 21st century is not technically possible. It serves as nothing more than a political statement. If it is on the internet in electronic format, it is available everywhere, so please get out of your old mindsets. Restricting information flow is a thing of the past. And by the way I know plenty of people in Pakistan who have owned and read Satanic Verses, mostly due to their curiosity on why it was banned. Thanks.

I don`t get it. Why and how Michael Moore`s documentary become a Hindu vs. Pakistani issue. What has let loose so many wasps in Hindus dhotties. can you validate that all books written on india outside india are available in india regardless of how critical it is of india, its culture, or its religious practices? That no movie, such as Peter Seller`s ``The Party`` and even ``Gandhi,`` was ever banned in India?

You are correct that Michael Moore has become a millionaire because of the documentaries he made. Michael Moore is a Commie. He comes from a leftie agenda. He is intent on getting the homosexual loving Kerry as the next president. Anyway, coming to the point. Michael moore is not only a committed commie but also a ugly fat obnoxious turd. He learned a thing or two about cunning propoganda. He knows how he could use sublime messages to imply a totally different meaning. He implies that because bush allowed members of bin laden`s extended family ( who have got nothing to do with 9/11 ) to leave the country safely he is in cohorts with Osama himself. That`s a clever line of propoganda. I suppose if Bush executed Bin laden`s family then it would prove he is not mixed with Osama ? Of course the braindead lefties bought in to this propoganda. Then the fat b@st@rd points that because some soldiers sodomized some prisoners, Bush administration is somehow complicit in it. This is yet another clever/cunning implication just as long as you make sure not to mention the fact that the U.S military announced the begining of their investigations in to the abuses as far back as January and said action would be taken against prepetrators in sometime in March.
