Urstruly, Harish, Kyla, Kamran, Fouad, Rahul, Rozaiba, HetHeret, Xoheb, temporal, Jibbe, noetherf, ana, Sucheta, scott, Farzana: thank you very much for your kind words. I`m really glad you enjoyed the poems.

Jamal: shukr, aap ne lift tau karaee . . . kaise ho? HOK ka kuch ata pata?

Minhaj: dude, why aren`t you writing any more? North Nazimabad is crying out for its stories to be told. Likho! Or are you too busy returning dinner invitations . . .

Aamir:

Words well used. No doubt about it. Subtle too. But I felt that the emotions were too underplayed. Very likely it is my problem...aakhir soaps se roz dhultey jo hai :)

But just for that one line, ``A peel of exile sky`` I shall look at the idea of `longing` differently...

DVD ke intezaar mein!

Aamir,

Truly amazing - you have managed to describe something so delicate. Hats off and please do keep writing.

Thanks

``I walk around the house, restoring solitude
From room to room, only to find your smile
Wrapped around my hand, opening doors.``

Truly amazing! Full marks to this well-integrated poetry. More please.

at the risk of sounding arrogant, anything which makes me read it more than once and still leaves me wondering as to its meaning - must indeed be very deep.
Im quite cynical about poetry, but I can appreciate the delicacy, simplicity and beauty you have conveyed using those few words...for once chowk agrees - excellent!!

lovely. A brilliant example of using the least possible words for the most possible effect. I hope you`re writing more!
