Monologue is right. Poor guy, no responses? Well, never fear, here I am :)))

Would appreciate you sharing the names of these Friends and Dharma and Greg wannabes. There was a faltoo serial on Zee called ``Hello Friends`` a long time ago which was apparently a copy of Friends. No takers. It sucked.

Personally I think even friends`d be funnier if they dropped the overacting and the sex talk occasionally.

Is Mr.Hayat playing another media critic who likes to comment without specifying any concrete and substantial examples. We might like to understand and agree with him to a certain extent but where do we go from here?
Mr.Hayat does not like to suggest anything but present us with a brief overview of things happening around us.He likes to present us with the evolution of pakistani sit-com but what possible reason can he give for not providing us with comparative analysis of sit-coms being produced in karachi and lahore. He presents a very generalized form of analysis which in many ways would do more harm than good for exisiting pakistani media.
Good effort though .........!!!

This article is the part of a monologue intended as a comment on contemporary media in Pakistan and hence has the essence and style of a Monologue/comment instead of an article. The original monologue is part of a screen play. Subsequent articles will depict my point of view on various dimensions of pakistani media
