.......... on the flip side: we are faced with a fiscal disaster unless taxes are raised or spending is cut and the lunatic christian fringe might try to introduce nonsense like prayer in school and a constitutional ban on gay marriages..............

........... as for ram das and allah ditta, what do they have to do with an election in america ?....... they should stick to chasing their goat, or whatever it is that those people do over there ................

p.s. i did vote against the silly ban against gay unions - the constitution should protect folks rights instead of taking them away ............ that is what differentiates civilized people from muslims and other religious zealots .......... and i am sorry it passed - it is a little scary to think that my friends and neighbors are homophobes
