Liked your wry humour. Good read. Needs a grammar/spell check though.

Re: # 2Yes. It’s really depressing. At least, I could evoke that in you! As you said, a bollywood masala is far better. I agree. Best.

the dark humour and scorn are too on the face. the description sometimes overshadows the storyline, and perhaps, reflects a confusion of thought.continuity needs to be checked.nonetheless, likeable.

Some parts are quite good except that the ending is a bit abrupt (especially when you have crafted it well and built the atmosphere slowly). Is this chapter 1 of a novel that you are writing?

Ramesh, this was a lovely read.Reminded me of The Outsider by Camus. Would await more from you.And Subroto,I think this story is complete in itself.

Some phrases are intense, poignant and manage to leave an impact. Starts on a heavy note, but tends to lose the grip towards the end. Nevertheless, a good read. Do look forward to read more from you, albeit there`s room for improvement.
ps. Please do not forget to give it a proof-reading before you submit next time.
