temporal,
If the govt. was so sure about the Nanavati commision, it would have been beating the drum against the parivaar, but on the other hand they have become silent after the initial few days. Also, I am willing to take it as a possibility, but hey if movies are considered as proofs instead of a proper investigation by professionals, then India`s days as a nation are numbered.

I am returning to supplement my last comment because I do sympathize with your liberal spirit. On Chowk it has been said many times that dedicated liberals like you CAN make a positive difference in the world. In fact, they are best placed to do so. But for the excercise of that privilege, they must win credibility.

Credibility comes from demonstrated competence and the integrity of one`s words and deeds.

Be competent. You would agree that thrusting mikes under the noses of all those who agree with you is no competence. Neither does that prove anything. For integrity, ask yourself: do you even try to be aware of your biases? Do you make some effort to overcome them? Do you consider the views of your opponents before you confidently reject them?

Tale care of these things, and you will have an audience of real human beings, not just empty-headed liberals. More importantly, you will be respected not just by outsiders who may have their own agendas completely different from your own, but by Indians theemselves.

Isn`t influencing actual, real breathing Indians your goal?

You can achieve that noble goal if you first establish credibility by demonstrating competence and integrity of thought and behavior. Unfortunately, merely being a `good-hearted person` is not enough.
