A law passed by a democratic parliament should not be overturned because some disagree with it. It can only be overturned if it violates the constitution. This article should have made a case on how exactly the constitution is violated by this law.

Also a ban on `visiting temples` and `travel` by subway train. Blowing up one`s person should be declared blasphemy. By the way those who `visit` Hindu temples should be declared Kafirs.

Trust me - the monkeys in the Pakistani establishment would never allow the MMA actions in NWFP to be replicated in the Pakistani Punjab.

Religion always ends up being anti humanity.......the degree of anti humanity depends on its ideology at its adherents........

The character or lack of the adherents play a key role too. Thus, Religion should not have any place in state affairs.

In US religious right also triumphed over other parties; yet there is enough counterbalance to save the state or cause only temporary damage.....unlike NWFP..........
