Umm..India doesn`t call it IOK...pakis do..Hence the quotation marks in his post...

You don`t ``occupy`` your house, you ``reside`` in your house. In comparison, the Kashimiris who freed the part of their land in 1948, call it ``Azad Jammu & Kashmir``.

But it is not a matter of semantics, it is a matter of human life and death. A simple example, would suffice: In our countries, the corrupt police and bureaucracy makes the life of ordinary citizens miserable everyday, as their devine mission. The people do not start an insurgency everytime something like that happen, but something starts brewing inside. One day, a slightest incident triggers a backlash and people take to the streets. The point is that such incidents cannot be started instantly. A certain mindset of the people comes into existence first when they start realizing the injustice to them. Human beings can live poor and even with morsel of food but they cannot live without justice.

The heavy handedness of Indian government, its apathy for human life, and its opporessive methods have brought the people to the verge where death and life have no meaning to them. Add to that the pathelogical hatered of hindu majority for the religion and person of Muslim minority, in general, as it is exhibited on this thread, then reason for the problem becomes self evident.

Let me explain it a bit more how this hatered is created and induced into the masses. Today each and every Hindu in India and abroad belives that the attack on Ayyodihiya in early July was the work of Kashmiri ``terrorist``. The so called ``investigative`` news shows are drilling this into mind of people non-stop for past several weeks. Now the indoctrination of this hatered has become so strong that they would not even beleive that their own NDTV had sold the footage of the interview of the Taxi driver to a Pakistani news channel on the same day he was arrested. In that interview he clearly explains that he took the individuals to a Hindu temple where they worshipped before they went onto the disputed site and blew up jeep etc. The subsequesnt ``investigative reports` of the media has absolutely no mention of this fact and they spin it as the hindu establishment instructs them. Don`t you think it is injustice? For you it might just be a less than honorable but necessary evil to keep your country intact but to the people against whom it is being done, it is outright injustice. This will tell you how much low the Indian government and hindu establishment has sunk to and what is its writ in the occupied territory.

Is it not an ironic question? I have one question for her? How many of perpetrators were pandits or what percentage of these victims were pandits, and if that percentage is higher or lower than the percentage population of pandits.

Throwing absolute numbers (that too from questionable sources) and than spinning a story around them is very easy. So called reputed journalist is expected to show some maturity and judgement.

Let us assume as true that ``9,579`` woman gang-raped or molested during 16 years. Can Farzana state how many of them were due to Islamic society. One Pakistani website state that more than 1500 rapes (only rapes - molestation not included!) were registered in 2003 alone. Alone website provides following statistics - for 6 years
