I would say not more than 6. You might get away with 10; if you are diligent about 33% water changes every week.

Dont add any more fish; for now. Take a sample of water every week to the bozo who sold you the set up. Make sure the tank is cycled (ie ammonia, nitrite levels fall to zero & nitrate levels slowly start to rise)...thats when you begin partial water changes....
Add 1 fish a week..carefully..

Tahmed: You are again drifting into the series of flippant remarks. Why should you name interactors when they are not around? They may be liberal, atheist, staunch in their beliefs, and/or whatever. If you have valid points to make then why do you need to come down to this approach? I want to check you here since you are leaning in the same direction.

Let`s say that I get trapped into ``shouting matches`` usually instigated by a couple of well-known miscreants, several of them ``females,`` and a couple of them of undetermined gender.

Also, I appreciate your kind words of praise and encouragement. I have resolved NOT to participate in Chowk UP discussions and will try my best NOT to get trapped by some of these same people who will, undoubtedly come to FP just to fight with me.

While I may not have forgotten about the July 2004 massacre, I have certainly forgiven all and request the same from those I may have adversely impacted. I respect you as an interesting and informed interactor who is always willing to share his considerable experiences.

The same policy should apply to me. I do not think that any of my posts have violated chowk guidelines. Even the post in which I made reference to the Prophet marrying his daughter-in-law was inappropriate but did not include any vulgarity. [I thought that it was old and forgotten but not apparently by you!]

I also think that you are one of the most brilliant and witty posters, right behind hamidm, but you should resist the temptation to use derogatory language against female posters. Someitmes, it appears that you believe in ``ek sunaar ki sau lauhar ki`` instead of the other way round.
