I concur. The only way these jobs will be created is if infrastructure is set right, which is the job of our AWOL central and state governments.

I live in Bangalore and sometimes wonder what would happen if two or three semiconductor fabs that are heavily dependent on infrastructure were established here. Such a combo of software and hardware would have the potential to blow China out of the water (at least in that particular space).

Kanjars are a class of people who pimp their female family members (daughters, sisters, mothers, etc.). They are prostitutes by profession and historically serviced the society. The word is also used for people who have no character and sell their country, family etc. for money or selfish gains.

Agreed, for the last 10 years we are doing fine. But in a globalised economy we have to see how Chinese/americans did in that period. My guess is their economy/wealth generation worked better than ours. We could have achieved a lot more.

With due respect, you are confusing the state with the people. Just because the Indian state is secular does not mean that its people are secular or even tolerant, or vice versa.

in the interim, much infrastructure will be created in central bombay, and infrastructure creation jobs hindvi talks of. so its an interesting mixed bag.

This mischief is coming from a racist Paki who does not care for Indian Muslims, other than to use them as bait against the Indians on Chowk. When most Pakis cry crocodile tears over Muslim suffering in Gujarat, just remind them about the hundreds of thousands of Paki Muslims stranded in BD that their governments have refused to allow into the Land of the Pure. :)
