Delhiwala!! Good article. After living 31 years in the US, have yet to make this pilgrimage. Kept putting it off for some reason. My brother and his son went down the Colorado river on a week long rafting trip and that seems to be another thing you can do there.

Dear Delhi-ite,

I have never been to Las Vegas, but only to Reno a few times, so have a little idea of what the experience would have been like.

It is quite clear from your itinerary that your personal decision-making role in its design was minimal – the other members of your “team” dominated a lot more – especially those below the age of majority. It would probably also explain why you did not dwell at length (or at any length) on that other activity which is fully legalized in Nevada.

Nevada is not “hot” in the conventional sense of the word – but it does have wide temperature swings – even on the same day.

So what color was it – I mean the shirt that you lost off your back?

Sincerely,
Beej.

dillidost - that was a good read...you seem to have covered all the bases (as in a good guidebook) with your personality thrown in for good measure. A welcome read...a good digression from the stuff on chowk fp these days
