The Idea of Chowk
I cannot comment that either they will be able to do so or not but one thing is for sure.. chowk is definitely evolving and and is going thru a metamorphosis...
In real world metamorphosis or evolutions are natural and not man made but chowk exists in a virtual world..a man made world...so i guess its evolution should be controlled by humans but the question is if humans cannot evolve themselves how can they evolve something else...so shall we let the natural forces evolve chowk?...but in virtual world natural forces do not exist (or do they?). So the burden of evolution lies on the shoulders of humans.
Are we capable of managing evolutions?

i guess many of us trying to make chowk an ideal world or to be precise.. ideal virtual world..atleast saima shah likes this idea..and i can understand this as chowk is brain child of safwan and saima..they naturally and many others would like to do so...I cannot comment that either they will be able to do so or not but one thing is for sure.. chowk is definitely evolving and and is going thru a metamorphosis...

A Case Against Kalabagh Dam
Infact Goverment did change the design of the Dam to cater the genuine demands of sindh and Balochistan.
We have no problem taking your side but you have to prove your points objectivley...BTW Mr. Arbab Gulam Rahim who in recent past was one of the most vocal person against building the dam is now favouring it as he is in power now...this is the sorry state of our politicians

Aziz..unfortunately most of your points are very subjective and lacks any objectivity or technical analysis...we all know that political parties in pakistan and especially in sindh are trying to take political mileage from this issue...they don`t even have proper technical analysis or data with them and they just make noise (in one of the programmes on local TV..some politicians miserably failed to provide facts and figures about the Kal Bagh Dam)Infact Goverment did change the design of the Dam to cater the genuine demands of sindh and Balochistan.

i think the writer has not been to karachi airport for a very long period...whatever he has written above about the taxi drivers is now history...there are no beggers or taxi drivers to push you around and on the contrary there is a decent air conditioned radio taxi service availble with a very reasonable fare right next to departure lounge.

I myself is witness of one of the Pak Army`s killing spree...they ``captured`` two young boys from their home...brought them to an open area and ask them to run for the life...one refused and stayed just beside a wall...he was killed instantly and that wall.... to this day dispalys those bullet holes...i didn`t see what happened to other guy but i was later told that he was killed like wise...

The chowk itself is morphing into an anti pakistan establishment..we only see articles which has either pakistan or islam bashing. if chowk editors are trying to win cheap popularity by these tactics then they rest assure they will not succed

It is very shameful of people like mr. naeem who are ready to put behind pakistan`s interest if they have political differances with some one. Even a blind men can see the progress in pakistan..unless he is politically blind. The chowk itself is morphing into an anti pakistan establishment..we only see articles which has either pakistan or islam bashing. if chowk editors are trying to win cheap popularity by these tactics then they rest assure they will not succed
