Sorry that should read as follows
``I was merely pointing out that asking for a parent`s nationality is not fundamentalism just as asking for a religious affiliation is not necessarily fundamentalism either. ``

Re: # 35
No there is nothing wrong with the religion column. It is perfectly valid since it is the Islamic Republic of Pakistan anyway and nothing in the religion column indicates that anybody is being oppressed because of their religious belief.
I was merely pointing out that asking for a parent`s nationality is not fundamentalism as is asking for a religious affiliation.
The problem is the other bit where if you are a Muslim you are supposed to say somebody else is non-Muslim because their belief does not coincide with yours. That is where you are bringing the religious fundamentalism into the picture. Perhaps that is not necessary. However again it is a Pakistani problem that Pakistani`s will confront.
And I don`t know what these passports have to do with terrorism anyway. I see nothing to connect it with the article that Mr.Ghatade allegedly wrote. -)

{The Indian passport does not ask anybody to declare that by being from a specific background they are less Indian. By your reasoning case any government form that asks for race, should indicate that that government is guilty of racism.}
By the same standard there is nothing wrong when Pakistan asks for the religion column in its passport. Iam afraid, that is not the case both are guilty.

........................ we see these aberrations like the echosqueaks and masadis because states like Pakistan or Saudi Arabia which have been `normalizing` Jehadist Islamist ideologies to create citizens who completely believe the state sponsored `truths` about other cultures despite seeing overwhelming evidence against their ideology............. the problem lies with political Islam practiced in Pakistan and UAE............. roll back all these states into secular political entities and you would see how the Islamists would stop running wild all over the globe and the healthy liberal scepticism becoming part of the muslim psyche...............if NEPAL CAN DO IT THEN WHY NOT PAKISTAN AND UAE???
Guys are you listening???

I don`t think they have a chance in a fair fight -- have ghaas phoos fed reverse dhoti wearing pony tailed clowns every put up a fight to anyone?
Is that why your soldiers were left eating grass on the mountains around Kargil? And is that why 93,000 of your meat-eating ``bahadur`` soldiers surrendered meekly to the ghaas-phoos fed Indians?

Pakis have had Islamic terrorism engineered into their DNA by a large scale indoctrination program run by the paki military on it`s own people..
Take the recent arrests of paki islamic terrorists in Virginia, California, Canada, UK and Australia..
jihadi_1: that`s just the painful reality..most of the world thinks of pakis as jihadis..

if he had donated to the RSS. Either way, salutations.

Hindu extremist of gujarat whose 3 children were killed in tourist bus attack in kashmir donated 3 lakh rupees that he received as compensation to fund education of poor kids. Those poor kids could also be muslims. This kind of hindu extremism needs to be done more by people of terrorist state of gujarat.

``Hindu Extremist`` need reservations.
The job of terrorising is largely controlled by a particular religion/community and one needs to bring parity among them. A particular community is efficiently performing violent acts like Varanasi, Delhi, Godhra, Mumbai, Bangalore, Marad while ``Hindu Extremist`` are largly confined only to Gujarat and that also only as a reactive measure.
Indian government should provide affirmative training for ``Hindu Extremist``. They need to setup more training centers like Pakistan and be exclusive for ``Hindu Extremist``. The current training of using a ``Danda`` and sometimes knife should be upgraded to using RDX & AK 47.
The government needs to do everything required for upliftment the ``Hindu Extremist`` and ``Hindu Terrorism`` to bring parity. Pakistan earns atleast 3 billion dollars by export of terrorism and maybe India should take a bite of that pie.

Bharath sahib,
Fundamentalism of any sort religious or ethnic has the same effect, if Pakistan is guilty of religious fundamentalism in its passports, then India is guilty of ethnic fundamentalism.

Bharath sahib,
what was the purpose of posting Pak/Indian passport applications? Have u assumed responsibility of Passport control in Chowk?
Pak passport has that dreaded religion column, regrettable, detestable and must be condemned. Purranthoo, aap kiun khush horay hein? Take a look at your Indian passport requirements, Fathers and Mothers country`s of birth? control freaks dont u think? Passport is a travelling document, who cares where your mom and dad were born, it nobodys business what your religion is, niether are they bothereed where your parents were born, unless they are either control freaks or extremely prejuidiced.
