``Poets are mostly depressed people``(Androscoggin)

poets? -- no way -- poets are creative people -- religious people are mostly depressed people.

too much religion -- big time depression

You cant hate yourself & be productive in this world.

If you are just this & not Human it calls for Personality make over.

Yes there are surgical cutting up of your persona psychologically & without cutting surgically make you a new person akin to plastic surgey of body ,a tuck here & and lift there .

Poets are mostly depressed people .

Hindians will start treating you guilty if you lament .Isnt Harimou already thinks Pakistanis are trying to hide from there identity .The funny thing is people take the cue fro you how they should treat you .If you sound condemned & loathsome by yourself how do you expect others will treat you with ????
This poem was written in 1993 obviously it is not relevent to recent events per se .If it is then one must be a prohet to forsey events a decade earlier. If it is so general that it could apply to any period then it isnt specufic enough for NOW.

dear naaz:

a beautiful sensitive poem -- joy to read -- please continue to write --

if I may -- let me translate it in my clumsy Urdu:

dair ko Hindu ki masjid ko MussalmaN ki talaash
kho gaiee iss khoj meiN insaaN ko insaaN ki talaash

regards

Short, clear, meaningful. Outstanding.
PS: Inspired by some chowk posts, no doubt. :-)
