Sometimes, one has to spell out things in a very clear cut manner and NOT leave it open for interpretation. This is mainly because everyone has different pair of eyes and above all different elements that maketh their brain. And, most of the men on Chowk are the victims of poor comprehension skills. You cannot blame them for that. Allah Taa`la was not so kind to them, I guess :)

No nincompoop! I wasn’t doing any of that! I was stating the obvious. Let me write this in plain English.

I meant there are nincompoops (blond) in Pakistan also and it just so happened that they don’t have yellow hair. (They have dark hair) You just proved me right!!!!
It has nothing to with virginity or loss of it.

I am not part of the ``virgin pride`` entourage but I do think even unmarried virgins at times have a better understanding of marriage than those who are married.

faiza: i agree with you. marriage is a very sacred bond and there is much more to it than sex. much more. but one has to admit, sex is essential to a blissful marital life. HP is just highlighting this vital part of any marriage. he`s not talking of sex in isolation. and really, growup! there is nothing to be proud of (or be ashamed abt) in being a virgin. also, the fact that it`s easier to talk about and do the act itself in the west is the reason why most marriages there hit the rocks soon.think abt that.

(and yes,in maslow`s hierarchy, physiological needs come before any other and this includes needs like hunger, thirst and sex).

and HP: have had a few nites but no whacking yet! we`re saving it for our first wedding nite.

This site is not restricted but I wish parents have some control on teens nowadays.

hmm interesting thought ... if a man marries for sex then he really is an ass... because its not worth bearing the burden of a wife when you can get free sex elsewhere, oh well it depends on the man and his ugliness too... too ugly and u will have to to pay for sex ... another point is why have sex with the same women all ure life when ure in for sex only ??? I mean come on gotta have some variety man! ...... well not all men are like that. A lot of us for a lack of a better word are Balanced and sane individuals. These balanced men aactually serve the society in general and women in particular by keeping the flame of hetrosexuality amongst women burning :) Otherwise all women would turn lesbians......

By your previous posts, it seems like you were raised in desi land and not in western society. Thank god I was raised here. Talking about sex might still give you the high, but having been raised here sex talk + the act itself is not that hard for us to engage into and thus doesnt excite us to the extent that it excites you. You had to supress all your emotions till the age where you could either get married or get laid without anyone knowing about it. Having been deprived of all aspects of sex for so long in your life, I can understand why you have developed an infatuation for it and tend to think that marriage is all about sex. There exists life beyond a few seconds of orgasm, you might want to discover that someday.

I just meant that sometimes so much emphasis is put on the wedding ceremonies that it might become an obstacle for the lovers to get married. Simple weddings are less of a burden on both the male and the female`s family but we tend to get bogged down by putting on a show for the world to see and admire instead of focusing on the union itself.
