The wise say,`` you should consider what is said and not who said it``. I am no `Mureed` of Altaf but I think what he said about the TNT was the need of the hour. Brushing aside all idiological subterfuge he has tried to remind us about the real objective of the Pakistan movement. Today we are staking everything for the `freedom struggle` of a territory which has a dominant majority of Muslims though unconstitutional ones without Halaf and having the only Azad Government in the world but have forgotten those who were the most ardent supporters of Pakistan movement and had voted for it enmass. Is it not a morbid obsession on both sides for acquiring hold on entire Kashmir which is poisoning the whole gamut of relationship in the Sub-continent and ruining our economies. Only a `mobster` like Altaf Bhai can have the courage to say the truth which can annoy the Establishment. So Zinda Bad Altaf Bhai!

teshah..

Gloat all you want... it is a very sad day when petty mobsters and criminals become the voice of reason for a country that claims to be the greatest democracy on earth...

Hats off to Altaf Bhai. He has reminded us of the objectives of the Pakistan Movement and what we see today as the end result of it. The objective of the great Movement was not to prove the so called `Two Nation Theory` or its implementation on the ground as an historical fact but to safeguard the future of the Muslims (the oppressed people) of India as a whole and especially of those who were in minority in the areas not covered by Pakistan as envisioned in the Lahore Resolution. How paradoxical it may seem the rulers of Pakistan are today interested only in the ‘ Shahrug’ (the jugular vein) as they call the state of Kashmir, which is inhabited by the Muslims in majority. This they call the implementation of the unfinished portion of the agenda of the ‘Partition Plan’ through what they call the ‘Jihad’ for achieving the ‘ Right of Self-determination’ and freedom for the Kashmiri Nation. With the other nation ‘Hindus’ having gone with the East Pakistan we now do need Kashmiri Nation to keep our TNT intact and the sacrifice of the Pakland isn’t a big price for that?

After all somebody has spoken out the truth to restore sanity to the Pure of the Pakland otherwise they would have remained in a trance as aptly described by an Urdu poet:

Tasawwar arsh par he aur sar he paae saaqi par

[.... should you really be comparing yourself with little ol` Pakistan in the first place?]

This is a very mediocre response, but coming from you, should I really be surprised?

The standard Paki line goes something like this:

``Anything the Indians can do, we can do it better (like Mushy boasted about how Pakis speak better English than Indians), but when someone proves that you guys are not upto it, you howl in protest, ``should you be really comparing yourself with us?````

[... if anything I have the greatest respect for his ex-wife who did the right thing.]

Again, you don`t cease to hit veeresh below the belt, so in your language, may I humbly ask you a simple question? Are we to assume that Ms. Aisha Sarwari (pardon me Ms. Aisha, I don`t really mean it, but I have to ask this to drill some sense into Mr. Yasser) is a fool to have stuck around with someone like you?

See, its so easy to get personal.

And it must be comforting to think that I and friend are one, so you have only one nemesis to deal with, but sorry to bust your bubble, we are by no means one.
