is there a point in this article?

Or a coherent thought?

There are only two comments:

1..The migration from rural area to the city will be a huge factor in countries such as Iran, where it is estimated that over 90,000 villages will shrink to less than 9,000. This is also true within China, where rural population is moving towards cities.

2...And due to the one-child policy there will be an estimated 200 million males in China, in the next 20 years. Extra males, in a society where family is the accepted norm for upward mobilty will be unacceptable. Also, these extra singles males will be pushed towards the lower strata of the society. What can these 200 million extra males do?

Respectfully submitted,
